Stayed in the drive thru line for 20 minutes , I was stuck in between cars is the only reason I didn't pull out. Once at the window I asked what was taking so long , I was told it was a mishap ? Then to top it off they had no change , card or exact cash , I'm like restaurants are really gone to hell with service, this generation have no idea about what service is , and don't care because they seem to have no responsibilities in life.

I went to the fairfield captain ds location ordered the 4 piece fish meal and was very upset the fish had a weird off smell so i didnt eat it also had to wait 20 mins for my order and outside has a bad trash odor around Restaurant.A waste of my time and

We ordered ours online. It was hot and ready when we arrived to pick it up.The ONLY DOWNSIDE WAS WE ORDERED THE 10 PIECE FAMILY DINNER AND ONLY RECEIVED TWO TINY TARTERSAUCE. it said feed a family of 4, we should have received FOUR TARTER SAUCES. COMMON SENSE SHOULD HAVE TOLD SOMEONE TO ADD TWO MORE SAUCES. WE WERE TOLD IT WAS IN THE BAG , BUT IT WAS NOT!

Postmates order for a fish sandwich combo and did not receive the fries, soda or any of the sauces requested so I opted to drive to the location to have it corrected. I didn’t open the sandwich package but I should have. When I returned home this time around I didn’t have the cheese. No one apologized or even offered a soda upgrade from small to medium for the inconvenience. The staff was acting upset with me when they were the ones who made the error! Very disappointed considering how much I love their food.

My daughter started working almost a month ago and hasn’t been paid. No one has researched or gotten back with her. The GM Kelly is extremely rude to her staff and curses them out. Mainly because they are minors and the parents aren't allowed to speak to managment. My other child was told that she's almost grown(which she is not). My child has also been asked and allowed to work while off of the clock and told that her time will be manually put in on another day. All types of laws are being broken. I need answers because the store management doesn’t seem to care.

This was one of the first times I've gone into a captain d's and had all my food hot and fresh. Everything tasted perfect no issues. There was only one person working the counter and the drive through window. So she was pretty busy and had to bounce back and forth causing the people at the counter to wait a couple minutes to place order. I would for sure eat here again
