I had a terrible experience, first thing there was a little boy taking orders, the sign said a 45 minute wait we waited for an hour and a half after getting my order, my daughter never did get her order so I asked what was taking so long, the guy behind the counter took my receipt went in the kitchen just to come back and tell me they fixed my daughter order but they don't know what happen to it, so I asked for my money back I was told they don't do refunds even after my daughter never got her food . I wouldn't recommend this business to to noone,

The food is good- but they have terrible customer service. I understand this isn’t a fast food restaurant- but it routinely takes over an hour to receive your order. The customer service is terrible and the routinely poor customer service that shows no sign of improvement is an insult to their customer base. No one should have to spend over an hour of their time waiting to receive food after patronizing a restaurant.

The size of the fish is considerably small.. half the size it used to be and that's not cool at the same price. I've always enjoyed their food because it's tasty. I don't eat meat or poultry so this shocked me after not going for some time. Those fish filets are kid's meal size.
Love this place. Great chill atmosphere, the food is everything. I just wish they had a better to go process, but when I do order to go it’s worth the wait!

Urban smoke was hot TRASH. My Food took FOREVER. I ordered before so many people, and others as well as my party received their food before me. When my food was finally ready, it was TOTALLY WRONG, by the time I got the food my party was done eating. Spoke to the kitchen manger, she was extremely rude and condescending, and honestly just not willing to resolve or help anything. The bartender was sweet But with them being a full service bar that offers hookah...she needs help. Drink times were at least 20min. Food times were at least an hour. I WONT be back.

There is a long wait on my order . Management was very nasty to me . After I waited 45 minutes on my order I asked for a refund. I was told there was no refund ! Then the lady call her security on me a senior citizen! She was in her twenties! She told me and my party to get out ! And she was not giving me a refund or the food . She had her security two young men to walk me and my party out and we where told not to come back !

The service is always hit or miss length wise but this go around it was just fine. We had a pretty big party and they did everything efficiently. We went Friday during the day and it wasn't crowded. The drinks were 10/10, my entire family loved them. I had the pineapple smash and it was so tasty. We always get the hot LP catfish with Cajun ranch fries for our entree. I will have to say the hot LP wings were my fav. This time it seemed a little too salty but everyone else throughly enjoyed it. I Will always hit this place up for good vibes and food.
