I just recently visited this location. Where I sat for almost an hour waiting on a very simple order. Many more customers came in after me and were able to leave with their orders but left me sitting. The whole kitchen staff left, and they tried to give me someone’s order that nobody claimed. I respectfully asked about my order 3 times where the cashier said “it’s not ready yet.” over and over. Then they came to find that my order was never even sent to the kitchen after I was given my change back with no receipt or buzzer. This really ruined my night, i’d been at work all day so i understand being ready to go but this service was truly unacceptable.

I went end and the taste is way different they have the some of the people that work in the hueytown wing spot there did they sell
Food is great but it was better when the Vietnamese lady was behind the counter these black people will ruin EVERYTHING!!! Phones off the hook because they ready to go at 930! when the restaurant closes at 10!!!! They leave out at 9:53!!! Plus the attitudes of the new people are unacceptable!! Give them some customer service training FIRST!! It’s a way to treat and talk to paying customers!!

First and last time going there!!!I order Barbecue Wings Tha Sauce Was Horrible i went back on tha inside and asked for Plain Wings they told me i couldn’t exchange which was weird so i ask for my money back!! Only n Town for tha weekend!!
