We stopped in after the parade and it was empty. The staff greeted us as soon as we got there, which is a plus. My burger was dry like it had been sitting for a while, even the flame broiled taste was missing. The bread was barely warm, the fries were hot and fresh though. I don't mind waiting for fresh food. Fast food has gone from quality to quantity.

Tried the new Swiss Mushroom “burger”. Notice burger ? is in quotes. A Swiss Mushroom “burger” and a Swiss Mushroom “melt” are 2 different type sandwiches. One has a “bun” and the other “thick “ bread, I was careful to order the one with the bun. I didn’t get what I ordered but I thought let me try if before returning it , maybe it will be ok. It was awful. One piece of bread wasn’t cooked, it was thrown together sloppy and tasted awful. I drove back through to the window. I explained my disappointment and said I wanted to order something else. I was told no. I asked to speak to manager. The woman I was talking to said she was the manager. However she left the window and a man came to window. He came with an attitude and said no. What ever happened to “have it your way”? See the photos. The one with the bread is pictures I took of the food I was given . the one with the bun is from Burger ? Kings advertisements of the Swiss Mushroom burger. There used to be a sign on the window with a phone number to call with complaints, not any more, it’s gone just corp website. Guess they are getting too many complaints with the way Burger King is running their business these days. It’s time they just close their doors, with attitudes like this, it’s just a matter of time before they close.

My girlfriend and I were the only people dining in and it wasn’t busy at all. There were employees standing around having rap battles and yelling profanities to each other but couldn’t take 10 minutes to come clean this up… I even saw a manager walking around. Only giving 2 stars because our food was okay but the drink station was sticky and disgusting.

I literally walked out of this BK after the manager would not honor our online coupon that wouldn’t work. She could not get the bar code to come up and therefore said she could not honor the coupon. Thanks anyway Megan. I’ll be happy to take my business elsewhere!

We had a wonderful experience at this Burger King. We arrived at the palace at around 11:47 and went through the drive through. We were welcomed by a joyful lad named Elijah (we don’t know his name but he seems like an Elijah). We were suggested that we try the Hershey Pie which we loved and we were blessed with an 4XL cup of soda. Overall Great Experience and a Great young man. He deserves a massive raise, they also made our fries straight out the sizzling greatness of the fryer. Overall, an exquisite experience, and Elijah is our Burger King.

Every day before 8:00 pm, they shut off the ice cream machine to save money. This is the deep South, and we love our ice cream.What happened to customers first? Th is sounds like a cheap business practice to save a dime. I live around the corner but still have to drive somewhere else. Btw, the competitors' ice cream is still being served at that time! Why can't you?
