I order from Domino's about every 6 months just to remind myself why I only order form there every 6 months. Pizza is borderline inedible, my daughter always wants an extra sauce on the side but over half the time they leave it out despite us paying for it.

We ordered & paid for a pizza, but it was not included when we picked up the order. I called & asked the Asst Mgr to just issue a credit since we were not able to return to the store - he accused me of lying & insisted we got the pizza. He finally backed off & stopped insisting we received it. Instead of giving a full credit, he offered a coupon for half off of a replacement pizza on our next order. No refund of the one we already paid for was offered. I asked when the manager would be in the next day & he lied about what time the manager would be in. I called the next day & the same Asst Mgr grabbed the phone. He said the same thing as the night before, he put a coupon on the account. When I argued & said no, I wanted credit for the full price of a replacement, he became rude & said he would add one for the full price of a replacement. Hire better managers - I shouldn't have to beg for what I already paid for.

Online ordered 12in pepperoni and 14in pepperoni, sausage, and olives for delivery. Actually could not see or taste marinara sauce at all, pizza was so dry you could choke on it. Called Fairhope to ask for redelivery for both pizzas, and they agreed BUT WANTED BOTH ORIGINAL PIZZAS TO BE GIVEN TO DRIVER FOR RETURN TO THE STORE!!! Who knows??? They delivered 2 new pizzas and they were exactly the same so I guess the first two were made correctly, but they are just very very, stingy with cheese and sauce. Driest, worst tasting pizzas I've ever tasted! Oddly, just about 2 weeks before, I ordered the same 14in pizza and toppings and it was delicious...and had sufficient sauce. Won't be patronizing Fairhope Domino's again!

So Im not sure why this dominos has a 3.8 while I write this. Everyone needs to give this location some love. Ive ordered 3 times from them in the last month…i know thats a lot. Every time its hot, fresh, and quick. The employees are always nice also. Today it was Tyler and he was a nice/ professional guy. Id say this is the best tasting dominos I have had. As far as a delivery pizza you cant beat it. Anyways thats all.
