Had a few issues in the past but this place has gotten really good. The food is good and the employees they have now are good.Edit: if you happen to have a messed up delivery order and you bring it to their attention whoever is the one that does their FB messenger is more than willing to fix it. Their costumer service is great. Out of all chicken places in fairhope this may be the best.

Oh my GOD, take it easy on the buffalo sauce. I don't want to receive a sandwich that is floating in the container. I might as well have ordered soup. I don't know if it was intentional as part of the recipe or if the employee spilled the bottle over the sandwich and simply didn't remake the order, but it was inedible. It no longer resembled a sandwich, there was that much sauce. The fries are the only reason I'm giving two stars instead of one. Stop putting so much sauce on the sandwich, that was an absurd amount.

Called ahead, no answer after calling 4 times. Finally, an answer and I place an order for 50 finger platter and told them I would be there in 20 minutes to pick it up. When I got there almost exactly 20 minutes later, they said it’s cold now so they would have to start over. They never even cooked the order. Way to screw up the chicken fingers for the baby shower. Terrible customer service.

Ordered 2 boxes at drive-thru got home and NO COLESLAW! Really pisses me off.
Didn't eat here. Just stopped to pick up an order that was placed in advance through Uber Eats. It should have been ready when i arrived, but i waited 15 minutes before it was done.

Stopped in there on way to hospital to grab something to eat, got a snack box and not did it only smell bad the chicken was soft and wet with grease, felt like it had been sitting and soaking in old grease and for damn near 12 bucks for three grease fingers that ain’t good
