WORST MCD! Now that the MCD burned down let’s get new management and staff. Staff never friendly and honestly after a while I’ve come to think it’s a race thing. Ice cream machine never working. Don’t bother getting in the outer drive thru lane because A. You’ll never be helped or B. Someone will help you when they want after multiple cars have passed through the inner lane. There’s been times I’ve been told my code they don’t recognize (strange bc it’s your app) and can’t give a receipt bc out of paper (hence don’t want a review). Staff at either window never friendly. Are they local workers? It’s Fairhope where people are happy to live and have a job there! No response even when I said Hello or Thank you. Please get new management and staff or just don’t reopen.

This McDonald’s has recently burned down and it is unsure when it will be back up and running, if ever. The damage was severe and the roof totally caved in. There is extreme damage throughout the building and debris in the parking lot. The fire began on Thanksgiving Day 2023 and the cause is currently unknown. There is another McDonald’s in Daphne open daily in case you need a fry fix.Dietary restrictions: McDonalds will alter their menus to accommodate dietary restrictions.Kid-friendliness: The restaurant was small and not very kid friendly. Also there is construction in the parking lot.

This store is not up to par. If you are in a hurry, go elsewhere. They're under staff, and what staff that's there is subpar. This store needs a staff overhaul. ☹️

The worst McDonald’s I’ve ever seen often out of soft drinks can’t provide filet of fish due to lack of equipment for months. Pulled up to window to find only 2 employees working people were driving away. Called McDonald’s corporate did not receive a return call. I can’t believe McDonald’s has sunk this low
They need more help. While the 3, yes 3 employees at breakfast rush hour were doing the best they could, it was too slow for a fast food place for what you are buying.

Went here while visiting a friend I. Alabama. Server was rude. She Left my frappe over by the coffee machine instead of out with my food, then rudely asked ME what else I needed because I was waiting on it. I had to tell her I was waiting on that frappe over by the machine. Next morning a friend and I went back and ordered the same thing but instead went thru the drive thru because the doors were locked at 6:30 am and milk in frappe was COMPLETELY SOUR! ?

Usually the fairhope McDonald's has wonderful service and food but tonight, not so much. The lady in the drive thru was so incredibly rude and obviously did not want to be there. The food was ice cold and we waited for about 15 minutes.

Asked for ketchup twice..said it was in the bag...of course it wasn't...then my hamburgers had absolutely nothing on them?? Like if your that miserable there find another job...don't ruin everyone else's experience...
