I don’t usually leave reviews and I’m not one to complain but coming from a middle eastern the food is not authentic at all the beef shawarma wrap is not authentic it is little stir fried pieces of steak as well as the chicken shawarma the hummus is very sour not creamy and I had ordered a mix plate and the meat had a bad smell overall bad experience and over priced!!

I enjoyed the KEBAB MIXER (sample of shish, chicken and Kafta kebab, yellow rice.) you can order just one kind but I couldn’t decide.Rich flavors, but not overdone. Moist and tender and two wonderful dips, and a small salad.I’m glad I went at lunchtime because it was a lot.

We made reservations for the the evening before Christmas Eve and had a very pleasant dining experience. Anthony, our server, was a big addition to our enjoyment. His good mood was contagious and he made everyone feel right at home. We had Baba Ghanoush and the Traditional Hummus to get started and they were both awesome. I really like the smokiness of the Baba Ghanoush. The NYC Chicken, Chicken Over Rice and the Chicken Shawarma Wrap were all execellent as always. Anthony and his Team were on top of their game and filled with the Holiday spirit making for a joyful night in Fairhope.

Everything at Sage was amazing; the food, the service and the ambiance. This was our first time here and it was delicious and a great experience. We picked a table outside and so happy we did. Service from the start was fantastic. Our waiter was very informative and friendly. We ordered the appetizer sampler, Meza Mixer. It was very good. I had the Dark Dirty Martini which was very good. I also had the Sage salad with chicken which also was very delicious. At the end we decided to have the Turkish coffee and I would suggest anyone to try it. The whole experience was enjoyable and a very good experience. Will definitely be back.

Okay, this place is the best ever! A local place in the heart of Fairhope Alabama. We never miss visiting this restaurant when in the area. Try their trio Hummus, and ask for Cauliflower pita bread (the best, they should mass produce it). Follow with their killer lamb chops and just about anything else on the menu.This place is very small with only a few tables, family-owned and always packed.10 Star’s!
