Sadly, Sebástian's is no more. A fine dining restaurant that was exactly what Fairhope needed. I was shocked that Fairhope did not receive this restaurant with open arms. Beautiful decor, professional wait staff and highest quality food. Goodbye Sebastián's. I hope we meet again.

Great place! I Enjoy the lamb and crabcake and my dad enjoyed his new your strip and wedge salad.Great service and atmosphere. I'd say it's definitely one of the top if not the best restaurant in baldwin county.

Ate lunch at Sebastian's. It's a true French Cuisine white tablecloth restaurant. Ordered the Steak and Frites. It came out a perfect medium rare, and was seasoned to perfection. Kudos! The bread that they served was outstanding, as well! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

The chairs were very comfortable and tables spread out enough to enjoy our dinner without sitting on top of others. We were seated immediately and the waiter was timely in taking drink and appetizer orders. The crab cakes were top notch but I thought the Brie needed a little longer cooking but still good.I had the Redfish which was fresh and perfectly cooked and the lemon burre Blanc with capers was an excellent compliment to the fish. Throughout the meal our servers were timely yet not intrusive. it was a wonderful dining experience and I highly recommend especially if you're looking for an upscalePeaceful dining experience. It should be noted there are some very interesting vegetarian entrees. We will certainly be back. While a couple of tables were casual we were not out of place in sport coats and dresses.

We came for our 12 year anniversary. When we first walked in, I was a tad embarrassed because how under dressed we were. We had spent the day with our kids at the beach and didn't change before coming. I mentioned it, and they made me feel completely comfortable and not embarrassed about it. The food was spectacular, I had the duck special and my husband the delmonico ribeye. Our waiter was very kind and helpful. The setting is very romantic as well, with a candle on every table and a rose.

Oh my GOODNESS!!!! This place should be on the top 10 list of anyone who has ever wanted fine dining in our area. Tell everyone and shout it from the rooftops it is wonderful !!!!
There was a table beside us with kids screaming and running around so it took away from the experience. We will have to try again. Loved the live piano. Steak was good but knife provided was inadequate. The cheesecake is some of the best I have ever put in my mouth. Waiter was knowledgeable and friendly. Will be back.

I asked to talk with the "manager" and got a typical response. My wife and I live just a short drive from there and we had been looking forward to going, but no more. THIS PLACE IS NOT GOING TO MAKE IT!!!!! To put our ordeal into as few words as possible, it was pathetic!!!! Go to McDonalds.

Food is good-but not consistent. I ordered the steak salad on two separate occasions. The first in September and the steak was so tender. I loved the dressing and the freshness of the ingredients. I ordered it again in 2/2024 and the steak was fatty and chewy. The lettuce was fresh and the dressing was very good. Won’t order it again.
