It was apparent they were short handed on employees although the employees there were doing the best they could to keep up with orders. The food prep area could have been tidier due to a lot of dropped food etc was on the work floor area but this was more than likely due to workers trying to keep up with preparing orders to get out.
Just want to make a shout out to the girl working counter today during lunch rush (didn't get her name :/) but she was so attentive, kind, and made sure my huge order was taken care of! I greatly appreciate her and she deserves a

I understand why people are very frustrated with this location, but I honestly think they're just very understaffed and haven't figured out a proper procedure yet. The wait is usually a little long, and the employees always seem stressed/or are yelling at each other. Overall, their food is usually very good; they just need some extra help and good management. Taking out your rage on minimum wage workers who probably hate their job will not fix your food or refund your money.
