You get within just a few blocks of this place and you will start smelling the BBQ being smoked. We had the pulled pork and 1/2 order of a full chicken with a couple of sides. We split the meal with two drinks for a total cost of around $20. It’s a walk up style ordering system when you go inside then they bring you the food. There is seating outside where we sat and enjoyed the music playing on the street. Food was excellent and the order takers at the counter are willing to explain their product to you. Our sides were mustard slaw and maple green beans. Great tasting

Got into Florence around dinner time, and decided to grab some BBQ at this place. Great decision. Easy to order. The cashier was great. Reasonable prices, and the food came out quick. The pulled pork was delicious, and sides were good. Good meal.

I ordered the dark meat quarter smoked chicken meal. The leg and thigh delivered were well smoked but hey were extremely small. The meat was greasy. The baked beans were not good. The fries were pretty good but an order of fries and about 6 bites of meat are not a dinner plate. Another guest at my table order a chicken salad and when it arrived there were two (2) small bites of chicken on the salad. Not a good value for the money.

Found 306 BBQ on TripAdvisor, which stated they were open until 10 pm. Went thru the door at 8:37 pm to be told that they in fact do close at 9 pm, but they were already closed at the counter, but that we could order “back there” wherever that was. I am possibly assuming incorrectly that 306 BBQ updates their TripAdvisor entry since it clearly gave a 10pm closing time. Regardless, we still arrived BEFORE the closing time on their door only to be basically turned away. Can’t give a review on the food since we didn’t get to try it, but the service - if you want to call it that - was useless. It should be against the law to turn customers away before closing time, especially at a fast food restaurant. I think the staff just didn’t want to work anymore. Y’all lost money tonight !! Hope it was worth it !!

Good BBQ. Nice place in downtown Florence. The BBQ is done right. Tried the combo with Ribs Chicken and turkey. All were great. Sides also very good. Second trip here and will come back.
