Never been to a Chick-Fil-A with worse customer service or worse wait times. Such a busy location should absolutely not be offering mobile orders, as they can barely keep up with the in-store orders they get. There have been multiple instances where I have waited nearly an hour for a simple, one-combo order. How is that acceptable for a location that is literally on a college campus? Some of us actually need to get to class on time, and that prevents us from going to this location...read full review
This place is too small to do mobile orders. Also, when you complete an order you should call out the orderer’s name. The new self-checkout takes 3x long than having a cashier. Waited 20 minutes for my order which was wrong. Finally, the tall, white, blonde male working in the back looks like he just got off a 3-day bender. 1/5
