Lots to like about this spot --even on the outside. It's easy to find, and has great off-street, non parking-meter parking. Delicious cappuccino (although I don't like paper cups) and blueberry lavender scone (a little plate would be nice, it was too big for the takeout box). Lovely Large windows and plenty of seats along with friendly staff.

The coffee was delicious and the shop itself is beautiful. Still, the staff were more unwelcoming and cold. This definitely effected the overall experience and made me not want to hangout in the coffee shop.
The shop itself is beautiful and the Honduras blend is amazing. However the staff could use a bit of training in customer service with greeting and speaking to all customers with the same attitude and tone inflection.
