On 3/15/2024 For 1 I was in line for 20 minutes which wasn’t an issue I understand when you’re short staffed it takes time, but also in my mind I assume that means the food would be fresh as well. I got our chicken and it was cold and hard to bite into. Asked for the honey bbq chicken tenders that are dipped. Got plain tenders with 0 bbq sauce. Also asked for onion rings on the second meal and got soggy cold fries in both baskets. I also order pretzels and they were cold and seemed barely cooked. I’ve never had a bad experience with this Dairy Queen except for today. You would think with a customer waiting in line for that long the food would be hot and fresh as well as correct.

Placed a mobile order and payed for it just to get there and be told they was out of product and refused to give me a refund! Could have called the number on the order to let me know so I didn’t waste time or gas going up there! This dairy queen is rude and doesn’t have customer service at all!!!

Went inside to eat and no one was at the counter. We waited for a while and FINALLY another employee called to the back for someone to come to the front. No one did, we left and came to Five Guys where our order was taken as soon as we entered.

With only one car in the drive thru ahead of me, they placed their order, drove to the window, were served and drove away. I placed my order, 2 blizzards a hamburger and fries, went to the window and paid, lady handed me 2 blizzards and ask me to pull forward and she would bring the rest of my order. After waiting approximately 10 minutes and watching another customer behind me order and be served I backed up to the window and ask about my food. I was told to move up again and wait and that they were overwhelmed, there were no other customers anywhere inside or outside at that time, only me. Lady got mad and told me they were refusing me service and if I didn't pull forward they would call the police. I left with 2 blizzards and they kept my money for the hamburger and fries. I won't eat there again and hope that you don't either.

I ordered a vanilla ice cream cone and got vanilla ice cream in a cup!!! Charged for a sundae I didn’t order a plain vanilla sundae couldn’t eat it on way home so it was all melted. At least if I had gotten what I ordered I could of eaten it on way home. They really need to listen to what is ordered. Not happy about what I was charged for it. I won’t be back any time soon.
