Ordered online for pick up. Got there a few minutes early to pick up hot fresh food. Checked in the drive thru. Was told to pull up.. then was completely forgotten about. I was told it'll be 10 minutes. The app said 9. I didn't mind. 30 minutes later I ended up having to go in myself and remind them I existed. To which I was given some degrading looks and questioning for. Realizing they still had my food. I recieved a burnt box of cold food. Get home and it's not even cut.Highly questionable and irritating service for the supposed greatest pizza chain. Bad food experience combined with terrible customer service. No stars. Do not recommend.

Ordered 1 pizza with extra pepperoni, cheese and sauce was missing over the pizza and we didn't get our extra pepperoni. We had to wait almost 30 minutes for the remake and still didn't get extra pepperoni. Where is the quality control?

This dominos location is the only pizza place that delivers to my dorm and they’re usually very nice. But for the past few times I’ve had them deliver a pepperoni pizza to me, they’ve given me a plain cheese pizza. I know that’s a small thing but it’s happening so often that I’m not ordering from here anymore.

I was ordering online and something happened so I called the store for help. The manager was very friendly and helpful. When I arrived to pick up my order it was ready for me and the transaction went smoothly. Everyone in the restaurant said hello. Very nice people! And a good pizza for the price.
