I recently dined at Homeside Restaurant for lunch, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed. While I typically don't have high expectations for meat and three places, Homesite exceeded them. I opted for the blackened fish, and it was cooked to perfection, showcasing the cook's skill and attention to detail. Although the baked potato was slightly undercooked, the overall quality of the food and the exceptional service more than made up for it. Whatever the kitchen staff is doing, they should keep it up. Homeside Restaurant delivers a delightful dining experience worth revisiting.

The service was excellant, very friendly. Very homey. Only reason not a 5 star....the okra was hard & overcooked.....rest of my food was good! Blackened chicken breast an spicy fries!
I had steak and eggs. Steak was as thick as a saltine cracker and had gobs of salt on it. The cat head biscuit was hard and flat. The hash browns were barely browned and potatoes had a raw crunch. They were sent back to kitchen. Back out they came, warmer but still raw. The eggs over easy came out right. Ran out of coffee. Waitress was busy talking with table full of local men folk. Its my third and last time. Completely disappointed.

They have unbeatable cheese burgers and some of the plate lunches are great. I don't know anything about their atmosphere I just hope for the best on that I am DoorDasher.
