Customer service has gone downhill, rude, order not complete. Dont ask any questions, they dont know.However, I like the idea of helping the animals in the area..they need help, cant just go stand in line and get all the free services some people get.

My wife and I stopped in here this morning b/c of Yelp's favorable ratings. We are so glad that we did, the food, the service and atmosphere were all excellent. I had the eggs Benedict over ham & bacon and my wife had Salmon Benedict - they were delicious. We also had the basket of fresh baked bread & it was delicious as well, especially the zucchini bread. I highly recommend and will definitely go back. A++++

This is a favorite bistro in downtown Florence! They have delicious food and the servers are always nice and attentive. Their salads are great, it's a fun brunch place on the weekends. I love their daily specials. Can't recommend this one enough.

Ordered fried chicken to go. The order of chicken and biscuits was separated by paper dividers! It was neatly stacked in the box vs thrown in! The staff was accommodating and courteous. Go Jacks!!
Nobody in front of me. Had to pull over to side, waited 10 minutes on my big jack combo and I ordered 3 piece chicken dinner and they brought me chicken fingers... They lost my business.

Love Jack's!! We eat in sometimes and do drive thru. Good food especially for fast food!! Love the crinkle fries and just tried the blt..delicious! Mac n cheese is awesome and good biscuits and gravy, plus they do serve coke products, fried chicken and so much more ? The folks have always been friendly even though they work hard cause so busy most of the time. No complaints!!!
