Apparently they were out of several items. Plus they were telling us different prices and the menu from outside was less. At least update your prices. This franchise will struggle.

Tried to get two rasberry filled doughnuts and asked if they could fill them said no, i asked if the ladies in back could do it ...said no...geesh, now at Dunkin Doughnuts in Muscle Shoals getting my doughnuts , thanks krispy kreme emploees....great job!

Went through the drive-thru and got a dozen glazed, they were terrible! They were actually cold! I know, you buy them when the light is on for fresh, but, what if you don't ? have the time to wait for the fresh light? Yeah, you take the not fresh ones. But, you don't have to like it. Oh, they cost you just as much as the fresh, too. So, no bargain there. Ah, today's ? world, what's it all coming to? Nuff said.

Was hoping they would have more coffee choices and something gluten free to eat but didn't see anything. My family says their donuts are better than Dunkin. Staff were nice and luckily for my kids they had some leftover Scooby Doo Halloween donuts.

I took my daughter to Krispy Kreme for the first time today! By showing her report card, she got a free glazed donut for every "A" she received.Today started a new tradition for us! She's just in kindergarten, and we anticipate many more free donuts in our future. ??She was super excited to see the Scooby-Doo donuts offered this month.The staff was so nice and friendly. The store was clean and well kept.It was a great experience and she was happy to wear her Krispy Kreme hat for the remainder of the day.Thanks for offering extra incentives and rewarding these children for working so hard at school.
