Waited 2 hours on my delivery and ordered a medium pizza and breadsticks. Absolutely ridiculous. There is no excuse as to why it took this long and I live 10 minutes from the store!!! The food is always great but it’s always the service that sucks!!

Picked up my order Sunday Night around 9:30pm. The young lady running the store greeted me promptly upon entering the store, had my order made to perfection and everything was delicious. Whoever you are Pizza girl, You're awesome and I will love your pizza foREVer.

The prices are outrageous and why dothey need tips if there getting a delivery fee never again 24.90 for one

Placed an order yesterday for 12:15 today. Get a call telling me that it's going to be 12:45 instead. Call in at 1:30 because the food still isn't here. No apology, no compensation. The manager just said the drivers on the way and hung up on me. Horrible operation. If you only have one driver, maybe you should be paying them better. And if you only have one driver, tell people up front that you'll be multiple hours late. Awful

I called to make sure they were open and they answered and to take my order and then once I said good I’m glad you are open they said oh we are closed now. I asked why he asked for my order and he stuttered and said oh well they just told me we are closed now. Sounds suspicious but whatever it’s 7:39 that’s a weird time to close.

The chicken so called boneless wings were some kind of nuggets I guess. The garden pizza was ok but the mushrooms and spinach obviously an afterthought. Not cooked. Tried again since last time we ordered. Won't order there again.

Ordered online pizza and cheese sticks get there and they gave us just a cheese pizza when it was the X-Large NY style pepperoni reduced to make another or refund money order from papa John on the road all the time BUT THIS IS MY LAST TIME YOU SUX PAPA JOHN ON MALL RD. IN FLORENCE

I walked to the entrance which was locked because I was unaware that they were doing drive thru only. I knocked on the door to ask the nearest employee were they already closed , then her manager(apparently) immediately starts screaming at the employee in a very rude way “quit opening the door!!! Which fearfully forced the employee to shut the door right in my face. Very unprofessional and rude environment.
