So, I haven't been here for over a year due to being dissatisfied with past changes - i.e. sweet onion sauce. Today I find out that their new flatbread can't be toasted or heated - the employee's words - for a Philly cheesteak. I didn't order and went to Lenny's.

When I came in and ordered my sandwiches while I was leaving I saw a gentleman smoking smell like marijuana with a subway uniform on in the back of Subway.. Shouldn't be smoking while serving people. And marijuana is illegal... That's definitely not how u suppose to run a business.

Usually I’m happy at subway but this particular shop was terrible. The sandwiches weren’t even that good, we got charged twice on our card, then told they couldn’t refund without a manager… then told they refunded but had to pay again. What a mess this place is. Get it together

This has to be the best Subway in the Tri-Cities! Friendly employees day AND at night. This is how a family franchise should be ran! And knowing the owners, owners family, and the district manager gives back to the community. More places needs to be like this. I said I wouldn’t be back but I see how the store has got new people and done a complete 360. Always clean and the employees are always friendly and very thorough.

This is the best subway in florence AL!! I’m so thankful upper management finally put their foot down and got rid of all the the drug addicts that I kept seeing being arrested for drugs and warrants in the hard times. It’s finally a family friendly atmosphere again. The employees now are always friendly and the restaurant is the cleanest around!!

To be fair, this place/location used to actually be decent.. & had decent workers there that actually seemed to at least somewhat act like they cared.... But my main issue if I'm being totally honest, is just upper management..! (i.e. Owner's wife, Owner's family member, & the district manager..) They're bad.., like really bad...!! They bully their employees & care more about sitting around being "cliqued-up" with each other, just talking about everyone & just live for the drama.. They're just incredibly spiteful & totally negligent to their employees/jobs/& things that they should ACTUALLY BE WORRYING ABOUT/FIXING....! They're just "mean-girls" to put it bluntly...! Extremely toxic place to work... Even for a younger/high schooler ect.! On top of all that, they don't even offer any sort of benefits what so ever... They routinely lie to you about your pay, & I mean they literally don't even offer direct deposit pay.!?! Lol.

Usually I have a good experience at this location, but I do not believe I will be back. I went to pickup my food, and the girl who gave me my food was very nice but the other employee who was working with her was not friendly. She licked her fingers and did not wash them before proceeding to make a guy’s food. I did not catch her name, but she was a heavy set girl. That is absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. I can only pray to God that hopefully she wasn’t the one who made my food.

Disgusting! I haven't been here in a little while and decided to get a sandwich at 9 pm, an hour before closing. The place looked clean enough as I came in. The bad part was that they have a metal restaurant-style lid that drops down over the meat. The problem is that I CAN'T SEE THE MEAT YOU'RE TRYING TO SERVE ME! No matter what, I couldn't see anything on that side of the counter. (Real strange) I almost was going to get a different sandwich because I wanted the tuna and couldn't see how fresh it looked like this. So I asked the young man if he could hold up some of the tuna (you know, so I could at least see if it hadn't sat there all day and crusted up). He then just plowed his hand into the mix and showed me what it looked like in his hand. Immediately disgusted at that dirty glove being in there, I asked if he planned on using that glove to apply and then smear the tuna around with that hand, to which he said, yes, he was. He was going to do this because at 9 pm they had everything clean and didn't want to dirty a scooper. I turned and walked out. I really hope the manager/ store owner doesn't allow this policy because I know that Subway wouldn't. Just shows that you can't hardly eat at some of these places anymore. It's almost as if the owner installed this over the meat area to get more life from bad meat that people can see through the glass that was already there for that very reason. Gross.

I eat Subway A LOT!! I was in town and stopped by this location for lunch. It was all what I have come to expect. Food was good, service was quick, and the restaurant was clean. I really like the bathrooms being labeled for either gender.

I was very very disappointed! Usually I would get a sandwich to share with my husband but this time there was barely any meat on a very small "footlong". I then bought another sandwich hoping it would fill us up, and no, it also was very disappointing. We bought 2 footlongs, and left still hungry. I will never go here again.

I come to subway pretty regularly for lunch but after today that is going to change. The last 3 times I’ve come to this place KAYLA has bad it a terrible experience. I brushed it off the first two times because we are all human and everyone is entitled to having a bad day, but today was the worst! I ordered a cold cut trio (as I do each time I come to subway so I’m very familiar with how it’s made). As she was preparing my food I was on my phone and I looked up so I wouldn't keep her waiting and saw her glaring at me angrily. She then slides the sandwich down where I can now see it and the meat on the sandwich was HALF THE SIZE OF THE BUN. I then asked her why it was so small and she immediately cuts me off and rudely said “That is how it was pre cut already!” But it wasn’t because I saw her cut the meat. I then asked was the bun to big then and she rudley said “NO! And if you want more meat I’m going to charge you!” I then spoke with Tiffany (who was really nice night I add) and she tried to resolve the issue because by then I was fed up and I needed to get back to work. Needless to say KAYLA one bad apple has ruined my experience with this Subway and I have full intentions on making their general manager, Tiffany aware of this situation to prevent anyone else from receiving such HORRIBLE customer service from KAYLA!

Wait staff was patient as I decided what I wanted to orderand was careful in assembling all the sandwich veggies added to the main meat and cheese. I used a coupon for 2 footlong subs for $12.99. Fresh and delicious ?!
