I have been a regular at the crust for over 5 years, spending at least one night of every weekend there. The crust use to be a great place to go hangout with friends, have a great meal and enjoy great music. It's very sad because over the last several months the quality of service has gone down drastically. Most of the employees that were once there are now gone and have been replaced by very rude and unprofessional people. What once used to be a packed house is now filled with empty tables most nights. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!! DO BETTER management, and staff!!!

The waitresses that work here are very incompetent.I have been here twice now. The first time it took the waitress 30-45 minutes to give me a margarita. The second time a waitress got me and my boyfriend a pizza in a box when we specifically told them we were sitting at a table. We had to ask for plates. We got no service at this restaurant this time. I had to literally go up to the counter and ask for a water.The food is amazing and I come here for Bingo night, that’s why I come here. But every time I come here, the waitresses do not know how to do their job.

Locally owned, not "chain" restaurant. Very good pizza, crust and wide variety of toppings. Pretzel sticks with cheese dip is great. Good variety of non-pizza offerings. Excellent, friendly service.

Food was okay, too expensive for what it was, but much better than the Pie Factory, and it beats out CiCis.Place was not that busy, but took forever to pay for the pickup order that I held for 10 minutes of waiting while the cashier fumbled with 20 tickets.
