Hostess and bartender were amazing! Once we got to our table, though, our sever was not very personable. Our tab for three ended up being over $400 after tip, and I honestly don't believe the service was worthy of the 20% tip we left, but as a former server, I cannot bring myself to tip less unless something awful happens. He didn't make it an “experience,” didn't have much personality, and was very forgetful of small things (my daughter asked for a straw three times). If a table orders a $150 bottle of wine off the bat, get it together and give them great service! Oh well.... Food was delicious.

The magic of dinner in a revolving restaurant, so romantic! Our waiter, Daniel, was attentive and professional. The restaurant provided a little sample of their salmon for us to try shortly after arriving, and it was excellent. Our meal was delicious, creative and enjoyable. The wedge salad, and short ribs entree was abundant and allowed us to share. Overall, very nice experience that we will repeat again.

We went on a Sunday at 1:00. Unfortunately, we were not able to order off their lunch menu. They ONLY offered a breakfast/lunch buffet with emphasis on breakfast items. Flavorless quiche, warm lettuce for salads, many entrees room temp. vs. hot, inedible french toast, etc. We were very disappointed that we couldn't order off their regular lunch menu. So beware that if you go on Sunday you will be "stuck" with their buffet. The ambience and views are lovely...And we had a lovely server as well. We will try again sometime when the landscape is green, around sunset, to check out the lights after dark as well.

The appetizers, entrees, and side dishes were all delicious. The crab cake, strip steak, cauliflower, and truffle mashed potatoes were particularly noteworthy. The view and ambiance were spectacular. The service was first rate as well. The only negative to our entire dinner experience was dessert. The banana pudding was good, but we couldn't find the caramel sauce listed in the description, which would have made it more decadent and less plain. The crème brûlée was... not great. I'm not quite sure what was wrong with it, but it just wasn't as rich, cold, creamy, and vanilla-y as the ones we're used to at other restaurants, and there was a lot of liquid (like water) on the surface, which was weird. Overall, would definitely dine here again!

Service was good but both beef entrees were quite over cooked. We generally wouldn't send food back, we'd just not return to the restaurant in the future. But a filet at $52.00 was over the top. Waitress was apologetic and said they would redo our order and we received it after about 20-25 minutes. It was over cooked again! Not a hint of rareness, it was almost burned. Live and learn. There are many good restaurants in the area I'd try before eating here.

Overall the experience was very enjoyable. We arrived earlier than expected and they were able to seat us right away. We were able to enjoy the beautiful scenery and sunset. The service was exceptional. The food (as each person was asked to comment) was well prepared and tasty. We realized that we would pay extra for the lovely experience but felt that the catch of the day was overpriced for the value received.

My husband and I had a fantastic time celebrating his birthday at 360 Grille. We loved the atmosphere and the food. Overall, it is a little pricey, but I will be going back for special occasions.

My wife ordered the ribeye and it was cooked to perfection. I ordered the tomahawk steak and they over cooked it twice. They did comp it since it wasn't cooked correctly both times. Service was really good though. Beautiful place . Really neat experience.

The food was great, but the service was not. Service was very slow and the check was even delivered before our meal was finished. It was as though we were being rushed to leave the table. There was a loud party at the bar and it did not add to the atmosphere we were looking for on a date.

View and service was fantastic! The crab cake was delicious; my wife and I shared the crab cake and the salad courses. The bread and crème brûlée could have been better. Crème brûlée was a little spongy. Our entrees were very good - I had the double-boned chop with risotto and my wife had the Delmonico - both delicious! Overall, a great experience

Superb service, delicious dinner, fabulous views—what more could one desire? Emily and Garrett were positively fantastic. 360 Grille is our new favorite restaurant in the Shoals.

2 hours later and still no entree. Food was almost as if left under light and rubber. Substituted orange for watermelon and beets were pickled radishes. Combination such as sweet potato and brie were harsh juxtaposition. Atmosphere was terrific. Just go for cocktails and skip food service.

It just seemed odd, we were told to order from the limited menu, but other guests were getting stuff from the regular menu. I don't know if there was miscommunication or what, but overall I was disappointed.

Being Valentines night we understand going out to dinner is always a bit chaotic, this is why we booked an early evening reservation well in advance. We arrived early and we're still seated late. For 25 minutes we waited in the bar for someone to take our drink order. Once seated at our table we had a wonderful server who was kind and attentive the entire evening. It was a set menu evening which was fine as the offerings looked delicious on the menu. However, what we were served was not what was represented. That was a disappointment for people who do fine dining regularly as our form of entertainment. All in all, we may try this restaurant once more on a regular evening with the true menu to see if it was just a holiday chaos moment. Our server is who actually made our evening great. She's a definite positive for this establishment.
