Very nice place to dine in the historic downtown area. Can eat inside or outside. Tried several dishes and they were exceptional. Special dessert was the Kahula Creme Brulee that was very tasty.

Thai. It's hard to screw up. Noodles, sauce and a protein. We live in Lawrenceburg, TN, 45 miles north so when we want Thai food, we typicalky end up here. I say end up, because I hate driving north to Franklin, TN. Although, this last visit convinced me to, head north young man.Pad Thai is a staple. It should be rich with flavor, not heavy on sweetness, plenty of egg, lots of crushed peanuts, you know, small bites of juicy flavor. The chefs (owner?) refuse to make it juicy no matter how many times we've requested it. I usually have to ask for extra egg. At almost $20 for a plate of noodles, one would think they would accommodate. Just. Add. More. Sauce. Please.I love Massamon curry. It's ok here. It would be outstanding if added potatoes and more peanuts. I'm always asking for more peanuts.A few years back, they added french fries and sweet potato fries, both surprisingly good. This place could be outstanding, instead it's mediocre. This last visit convinced me to make the drive to Koi in Franklin more often. Honestly, I'm bummed as I enjoy a sitting outside with my wife in the warmer months eating their good but over priced spring rolls.

Was completely ignored by staff/waitress after ordering drinks. Waited for over half an hour to order our food while tables next to and behind by our waitress were served and visited by her multiple times, ignored while trying to get our check, then further ignored after she took our money while trying to ask a question. Will not be back and don't suggest you go if you aren't dressed in your Sunday best and fit the look of the rest of their clientele.

I took my boyfriend out for his birthday and the service and food was great! We noticed they recognized service members and asked about a military discount. Although that does not matter to us about the discount. They only recognize first responders, police, and firefighters. I find it very rude that our military is not recognized in this restaurant.

When I go to this restaurant I always order two things on the menu that I absolutely love every time no matter what else I order off the menu . I order immediately, fried oysters and a mango martini. My husband and I went last night and I ordered my usual and the lady brought back a drink that looked the same besides a different garnish. I took a drink and knew immediately this was not right. I told her and she tells me she would make me another one. Second drink, same situation. She says ,” Do you want me to just take it off the bill .” and not in a nice way. I told her if she would rather take it off the bill instead of making the drink the right way then go ahead and then she proceeded to go get the manager. The manager came to my table and told me that she follows a recipe and long story short pretty much made me in front of other people look crazy.. I told him well I know the garnish is not right on this drink and it doesn’t taste the same. He said he doesn’t think the garnish would change the taste of the drink. At this point he was making me feel like I wanted to just leave. He asked me if I want him to go make the drink himself and I said yes I do because at this point I after all that I was determined that he see that something was not right and he acted surprised when I said yes after their determination that nothing was wrong with the drink. When he came back with the drink he apologized, because apparently she had made the drink wrong and went into again a very public explanation of how there was another mango drink that she was getting confused with., which, from the very beginning I tried to tell her this drink did not taste the same , nor was the alcohol content the same in this drink that it is every time I come to this restaurant.I can’t tell enough about how embarrassing this whole situation was in reality! They did not believe anything that I was saying about the drink they were very public about it, and not being discreet at all. The only thing they were hearing is that the alcohol content was not the same, and even went as far as to tell me he took a drink of it and tasted the alcohol in it, lol, that was only one of my points, but the drink also did not taste the same mixture wise. When he brought the last drink ,number three ,to my table from the actual recipe that they use it was exactly right. I love this place so much , but I'm afraid because I was so embarrassed about the scene made that I’m going to have a hard time going back in there. I definitely don’t think this would have happened if the owner was there. The worse part is my husband got mad at me for even mentioning it after the scene that was made. No, it’s going to be very hard going back after that.

Great place to dine in. Both the food and service were beyond expectations, just note that it is extremely crowded on weekends (especially graduation weekend and football).

Drove from Huntsville just to try this spot! Absolutely fantastic. From the environment to the ambient music, to the food and people. Our waitress was attentive and sweet! The owner stopped by to greet us, ensuring everything was up to par.The Thai Tea is out of this world! Would give more stars if I could. Thank you for the awesome experience !

We ordered the calamari appetizer which looked skimp. It costs $14 and it had about 15 pieces and they were overcooked. We then ordered the Rama curry and greenness curry. The Rama curry barely had any sauce and wasn’t spicy at all even though the menu showed that it would be. The flavor was decent, but not worth $22. My wife ordered the greenness curry, which had the right amount of sauce, but was also not spicy. It was more sweet than anything. Overall, the meal cost $90. The place is overpriced for what it is.
