I ordered on the app. Chips and queso. Paid with Apple Pay. Order was to be ready @ 9:20 pm. Got there waited in line for quite a while at the drive up. The girl comes to the window and tells me “no chips” we are out. I said you’re out of chips? How is that possible? “So I’m out the money plus the tip. Have to contact Chipotle on line no phone number. What a joke.

My family and I recently moved this year and the closest Chipotle is over an hour away which has been rough on us since we love Chipotle so much. Recently we took a road trip and found a Chipotle on our route. When we began to order we were told that the corn salsa was not available which was a total disappointment but the person starting the order noticed how upset we were and told us to give her a few minutes and we watched her make it fresh and fill every station and extra containers. The person serving us shouldn't have been so lazy and quick to turn our order down but I'm so glad the day was saved.

We had the bowls. Plenty to fill us up. Chips and salsa- salsa was just Pico. Chips were beyond eatable. I asked for fresh chips and gave mine back and he just ignored me. So the chips and salsa I paid for was just money thrown away because I literally got nothing to eat for that portion of my order. No forks available to easy with. Tea was disgusting. They need to clean their equipment and it might taste better. The music was loud and not pleasant to listen to. First and last time I will ever eat at their establishment.

Love this place! I always order ahead, and they do a great job. My only recommendation for them would be to not add so much salt to the chips, but everything else tasted fresh and delicious.
