Showed up for a special treat first time first time in store in the first time my girls got to have Dairy Queen the 3 of them it was Sunday evening. And they told us there’s no ice cream and I said what do you mean there’s no ice cream it’s Dairy Queen. How do you run out of ice cream then after a little bit of conversation I said we only have chocolate OK great that’s better than nothing and that I ordered, the triple spicy burger that’s on the menu of course it doesn’t look anything like the picture does the people cordial but trying to get them to explain to us that there is no ice cream was a chore and then everybody else that came in they just feel like there’s no ice cream . All in all I first experience to Dairy Queen in Foley at this branch is not the same as I remember from my childhood to the atmosphere was not great. The place was clean but every person that walked in they said we’re just doing food and they are very short . I was in the restaurant business for 30 years. This is not the way that I would handle my business how do you appreciate the cleanliness and the fact that they had a cross on the wall but when you take your family out for a special treat for the first time in their life and they have no other option at a Dairy Queen besides chocolate that’s not the best experienceKid-friendliness: Just very short and seem like they did not care or they didn’t know what they’re doing

The service was fast and friendly. The food was delicious even though we came immediately after the lunch rush, the restaurant was neat and clean. Even the bathrooms are spotless!Dietary restrictions: I am a type two diabetic, and I need to watch my carbohydrate intake; unsweetened tea was available for me. I was able to substitute french fries for a vegetable. There are a number of salads on the menu and the food is still delicious.Parking: There were plenty of parking spaces available, including disabled spacesWheelchair accessibility: There was easy wheelchair access, and the tables were big enough to accommodate a wheelchair without crowding out, others or interfering with the flow of traffic for the rest of the restaurant.

Went through the drive thru.. 2 burgers, reg. fries (15 fries) and reg. onion rings (7 onion rings) , no drinks... 3 cones for our dogs. $30.00. Pulled around, NO F'N FRIES. Had to go back in, then stand there and wait to have them tell me, fries weren't up when you came through.... instead of drive thru woman to tell us...she let us drive off. Regular Fries are $3.29 for exactly 15 fries in the container. This will be the LAST time we go here! Freddy's is MUSCH BETTER!!!Don't waste your time on these Soybean burgers & tiny amounts of fries...

Went to Dairy Queen tonight after a long day at work. 9:20 pm . I was craving a chili cheese dog! I was told that they were out of Chili. I was like darn, that's the reason I came tonight, I guess I'll have to pass. Very nicely! The lady taking my order said , ok. Fine by us we don't need your business anyways! Holy cow I did not expect that! My fiance actually owns a nearby restaurant and I could have very easily just ordered from there but I decided to give Dairy Queen my business which will not happen again. Just wow.
