We stopped in twice during our visit. My grandma and uncle got the ice cream, I found my new favorite candy. They have so many ice cream options, chocolate candy, and candy in bulk. I loved the cherry gummy bears. So much I visited the second day to get some more. There is not any inside seating, but there are benches to take a seat. Fast and friendly service.

Daughter wanted ice cream after a hot day in Orange Beach. Came here because our hotel is close and to shop around. Upon walking in I said "Hello" to the girl behind the counter who rudely stared at me and said nothing. Decided to let it go and buy ice cream anyway. Selections were limited but that was okay since my kids are picky. The icing on the cake was when a white guy walked in as I was checking out and this rude, robotic cashier cheerfully said, "Hello, how can I help you?" Obviously my kind aren't welcome here.

Good Ice cream. Friendly staff, but I think the price is more on the high side. Coming from Germany, the prices for the Ice cream was really high, compared to the prices at home. But we are not in Germany, and the taste was great, so a 4 star rating. One star down due to the high price, but also the waiting time and the (a bit) chaotic lines.

Ice Cream was a 10/10, but the customer service was -10. No one welcomed us when we walked in and after we said hello they still didn’t speak to us. The girl who was helping us was complaining the entire time how people kept coming in. Like I said, ice cream was great!
I wouldn’t recommend this place for travelers with families. My husband and I took our children there on Aug 4th in the evening for dessert after dinner. We were not greeted, which became a theme at most stores in OWA, and the girl making the ice cream was very rude. I asked for a particular flavor that was out on one side and she failed to mention they were fully stocked on the other side. I only noticed because she gladly helped patrons behind us by going over to the other side to retrieve ice cream for them. When I asked her why she didn't mention it, she stared at me as if I was gum on the bottom of her shoe not giving any response. My children felt uncomfortable and never want to visit again as they didn't feel welcomed at all. If you're going to have shops that are open to the paying public, at least have people working them who are kind to all patrons and actually like their job. It's disheartening to be met with disdain and beyond poor customer service while vacationing and paying someone for a service.
