Ordered a cheese pizza through the app. Got home and the pizza was not fresh. It was cold and dry like it had been sitting for awhile and it was thin crust. I did not order thin crust. Absolutely disgusting and will never be back again.

We live 4 blocks away and we purchased a hot n ready - upon getting home- we opened the pizza and it was stone cold. It is evident it had been done a while before we bought it. This location is terrible! Need to reboot service and pizzas!!!!!

I'm so tired of giving this place a chance to do better only to be let down time and time again. Today I ordered a classic pepperoni pizza, at the Foley, AL store, paid my money, got home, only to open the box to a pizza hard enough to poke a freaking hole in the box...and forget calling up there to talk to a manager. They never answer the phone. I'd gladly drive back up there except it's hot a hell, I have no ac in my van and my window doesn't roll down. I live about 15/20 mins away so it is a real inconvenience to have to drive back up there. I tried calling the customer service holiness but of course they can't be bothered to answer the dang phone either. At this point, I'm done!!! You pizza is worthless and your customer service is deplorable!! Your stores need new training and to throw.out pizzas that have been in the box way to freaking long!!! I will be reolporting this store.and issue to the department of health. I've worked in the food service industry and I know that there are laws and regulations about how long to keep good and about holding temps. This store clearly does not follow these regulations!!! It would be nice if someone from their corporate offices would look into these issues.

They should put a Permanently Closed Sign in the windows. Never answer the phone. Nobody comes to the drive up windows and the front door is usually locked. Ordered online but never got my pizza. Total Rip Off. Go somewhere else for pizza.

Let me sit inside for 10 minutes waiting on my online order, they put it in the pizza portal then told me I had to pull into the drive through to pick it up. Wouldn’t just give it to me. Total time to pick up pizza was 1 hour :)

This place is absolutely terrible. I deliver DoorDash on the side. Plus I have made personal orders from this place and they are always closed. I don’t care if I go at 7 PM or 9 PM. The place is dark. On a few occasions where I have ordered before 7 PM like one night I made an order at 4:30 PM. I showed up to pick it up at 5:15 and they hadn’t even started it yet. This is absolutely terrible when I look inside and there are six people working or clocked in to work.
Picked up an uber eats order and had to wait way too long. 3 out of the 4 of the workers I saw were walking around playing on their phones or eating. Completely useless!

So ive had about five experiences where I have wanted little Caesars and every single time they are either out of whatever topping or crust you want or they just refuse to make your pizza went in the other night and asked for a deep dish meat or supreme and they literally told me they where doing just cheese and pepperoni, hard to believe that they where out of everything, the little Caesars in fairhope is bussin but the one in Foley might as well just shut down or put a sign up that says, we will make you what you want and you should be happy for that!!

Doors were locked and were sent to Drive Thru in order to pick up the order and were not allowed to get the order with out a car which can be discrimination to anyone who does not own a car for many reasons. In addition order was placed through the app and the app notified the order was ready for pick up but the cashier said that they barely got the order and it was not ready. Once at the drive thru with a car, we were given the wrong order because the order came out as 3 pizzas and crazy bread but we ordered 5 pepperoni and crazy bread with crazy sauce until we showed the cashier the order he gave us the two missing pizzas and didn’t give us the crazy sauce! CORPORATE please work with the restaurant to offer better customer service and better attitude and update the app to send the order immediately to the restaurant and notify the customer when the order is actually ready in order to avoid this type of inconveniences for both parties the customers and the employees.

I placed an order 6 hours ahead of time only to arrive to a store who was not open and forced everyone to go through a drive through. Once I made it to the drive through, I was told they were out of dough. I love Little Caesar's, but this one is broken.
