The smash burger was very tasty. My husband had the cedar plank salmon and had no complaints. It was not busy during our visit but the service was slow. Unbeknownst to us, Wednesday is free pie day! Um...the slices were served frozen. SMH. Thaw the dang pies early on free pie day!

Ordered via the app to get the $5 NASCAR deal, which is a great deal and a good way to get people in, but was very disappointed by the amount of food. We ordered the fried pickle appetizer, which is $9, and only received 18 pickle slices! Yes we counted them because the amount was that sad. I would recommend the chicken fingers, but would not recommend ordering appetizer for Togo orders.

The waitress was pretty rude and the food was wierd. I got an appetizer and the potato wedges were crunchy. The fried cheese wedges were soft and under cooked. Couldn't say anything to the waitress due to the fact she never came back.7

THIS is our go to place to eat and hang out at the bar with a tall glass of brew (in a cold glass). The menu is priced right and variety is great. Bartenders are attentive and a pleasure to hang with. KUDOS to Chris in the kitchen and Shannon tending bar. LOVE AND APPRECIATE you guys. this place is just comfortable and cozy. SEE YA NEXT WEEK!

My daughter and I came in last Sunday for dinner. We love O’Charley’s. The food was great. It seemed to be a little understaffed but, we had Jay as our waiter. Jay was awesome. He was very welcoming and very attentive making sure we had what we needed and ask for. He was funny and just enough flirty in a good way. He offered to buy us dessert if our food wasn’t ready soon. Of course I didn’t let him but I really enjoyed his service. He deserves a raise for sure. They did was amazing but y’all need to add more sugar to y’all’s tea. Overall it was a 9.5 but jay was a 10 all the way.

She was very knowledgeable of the menu and had a wonderful smile and a cheerful personality. She was very attentive to our many many needs. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was wonderful.

We were THAT family tonight. We came in 20 mins before close but India was so happy to serve us and when I say she was INCREDIBLE!! I mean incredible!!! She told us not to rush and enjoy our food and she was extremely attentive and her hospitality hit a home run!! The food is ALWAYS amazing, we LOVE the Louisiana sirloin!! I’m really sad to see a lot of locations closing but happy we got to experience it again after being gone for so long!! Thank you so much India!!
After waiting 30 minutes to be seated, we had to wait another 15 minutes for our server to even acknowledge we were there and to take our drink order. I could understand if they were busy, but over half the restaurant was empty. I’m not sure who’s running this location but they may want to look into getting better customer service training for their employees.

Terrible! Used to love it and everything was so good! That cheese wedges were so cool there was no cheese in them. My chicken fingers were hard! Prior to this I had gotten some to go orders and each time the chicken Fingers were just thrown together in a box and you could tell they were cooked for a while. So sad that this place is going down because I used to love it so much....

Went in for dinner at 8:45 we ordered the California salad with salmon! We didn’t get our food until 10:22 mind you there is no way possible it took that long to get a salad I watched the waitress bring the table in front of us there food her whole ponytail was in there plates I was disgusted! Everyone inside was frustrated at the wait it took to receive orders! The waitress was friendly but they were outside more then they were inside! We definitely won’t be back

Once we were seated and ready to order we were told they were out of fries and the truck would get there at 1. That wasn’t a problem because they were waiting on the truck, but we waited on our food almost an hour and when it got to us it was cold. Even though our waiter told us the wait was longer because of the ribs, they were cold as well. While we were there the truck did come with the fries and that’s about the only thing my children ate. Don’t know what’s going on, but I hope they get it together.

The restaurant was empty when we went in. I ordered the chicken pineapple bowl, my husband ordered the Patti melt with fries. Our waiter was Jay.Jay let us know right away that he was having to do the take out orders as well as wait on us. He kept saying how hectic he felt.Our order came out after 40 minutes. Everything was cold as if it wasn't cooked.Or maybe pre-made but not warmed up.Won't be back
