The new GM needs a class on customer service. We order from papa john’s regularly. Looks like this has happened before to someone else on the reviews. If this a locally owned establishment, I would love to speak to the OWNER. Today, using their phone services, like we do every single time, we ordered a pizza, paid for it with a card, and it is already debited from his bank account. Their service providers and managers are not on the same page. So the delivery was made and they were standing on our front porch with the pizza, being shown the transaction on our bank mobile app, and the delivery driver is saying it was put in as a cash order and asking us to pay for it again. She called her manager and the new manager refused to apologize, do anything, and wanted us to pay for the pizza again and then dispute the charge. Said it wasn’t his fault so there’s nothing he can do. He recalled talking to the third party ordering service and said that’s not what he told her to do etc etc. We told them to keep the pizza, that we weren’t paying for it twice (the delivery driver was the sweetest, not her fault at all) but as long time locals that are loyal to papa johns, NO MORE. This was the final straw. I’ve waited for a delivery before that after the estimated time passed, I called and they said they had no drivers (after I had waited 30 minutes already) so I had to go pick it up anyways. Y’all try Marco’s in Gulf Shores, they seem to know how to at least speak to their customers??

Guy working the front desk was awful. Rude, mean, unprofessional. Told me they didn’t show my order after I held my phone up to him showing the order in progress. Also showing him how my bank account had been debited. Then he said even if it does come up on his system he would delete it. Let’s remember that Papa John’s doesn’t even have a location in Gulf Shores. So unfortunately we are at the mercy of this jerk in Foley. Domino’s is looking really good at this point.

Git two LG pepperoni and I have to say they were terrible. Had some really strange aftertaste too. I have ot had Papa Johns in about 5 years and if this is their current product I am very disappointed.

I ordered my pizza at 610 and didn't receive my order until 650. I waited in the lobby for 30 minutes watching 5 other customers pizzas be made in front of me and given to them while I was still waiting for my 2 pizzas to be made. The lady at the front counter kept saying she'd go check on my order and then would come out with someone else's order and kept telling me it'd be another 10 to 15 minutes.

After a small mix with condo numbers during delivery process, I was left frustrated with service. General manager Melinda reached out the next morning (before store even open) to do what she could to make it right! Handled everything extremely professionally on behave of the store! Because of her we will definitely order again!

Our pizza was great! Hot and a fast delivery! The manager Beth made sure we were taken care of and I'm very happy to report we were ! I'm not a fan of Door Dash so I guess we will be picking up our pizzas! ThanksBeth for the pizza!

If there was a way to give this place a negative stars, I would got my wings completely wrong the night before called multiple times they didn’t pick up so I called the automated person and she said she’s gonna put notes in for today. Call back today to get my order remain correctly by the way, nothing was touched in the box. We put the food in the fridge and said we would just take it back the next day then they’re gonna tell me all they can do is refined me 50% because it wasn’t called in last night. The manager he is a complete waste of space acting like he’s doing me a favor by refunding me 50% of my order that place just needs to shut down already and so there’s no miscommunication the Papa John’s in Foley, Alabama right beside Al’s liquor and Subway. If you want your order wrong every time you go this is the place for you if you want terrible customer service this is the place for you if you want a manager to ask worse than a child in high school this is it and to that manager, you know who you are Karma is a B****

I would leave zero stars if I could because their slogan “better ingredients better pizza” is a big fat lie. They have obviously lowered their standards to save money by using cheaper ingredients but due to this their pizza is now awful and I’m upset that we wasted almost $50 on 2 pizzas that maybe cost them $3 to make ? the pepperoni tasted like it was bought at the dollar store and it had a super thin layer of cheese. 0/10 would not recommend
