I have eaten here for years, but lately the quality has jumped leaps and bounds. The manager and his staff are incredible, and the food has tasted better than some foods in sit down restaurants--which is exceptional for fast-food. The building is super clean, and the food tastes cleaner than normal--I'm assuming they're doing a far better job keeping the work stations cleaner than that previous crew.What a difference a good group of staff makes! Keep up the great work. Making me enjoy eating Taco Bell again.

I don't like to only give three stars, but they got our takeout order wrong, even after we repeated it. I haven't ordered from them in quite awhile, but I'll try again another time. The flavor just wasn't there

Food bag was very sloppy, stickers that go on orders barley stuck on. All in all that was the only thing and I only mentioned it because maybe they can be shown the proper way to fold a bag with food in it. I WILL be back and I have to hand it to those working there. They are doing the best they can under the circumstances given ( hard to find people to work anymore)

Well the mannager was very rude....me and my wife we about yoo place oyr order and the mannager took the cashear and plased her somewhere ealse and eas very rude

I waited 45 minutes for 3 beefy 5 layer burritos. When my food finally came out, they had forgotten my drink. The inside was filthy and there was not 1 clean table to sit down at. The employees were goofing off in the kitchen and the cashier kept hiding in the back room.

Rude clerk- incomplete order - no communication - no attempt at rectifying her own mistake. While ordering I noticed the clerk rand up my order wrong in the drive through. Before driving away I attempted to get clerks attention and correct what I saw was on screen. She ignored me and I eventually had no choice but to drive ahead. When I pulled up to the window I told her I saw the wrong order on screen. She closed the window however, me and my passenger could hear very clearly what she was shouting back to the kitchen. Her and the cook then had a very loud discussion where she explained that I wanted to change my order. She told the cook I just changed my mind when that was not the case. When I held my ground and said I just wanted my correct order she closed the window again to have a very vocal discussion making me out to be a difficult customer. Eventually she opened the window with a new order total. I assumed it was corrected. She took the payment and then handed me the bag. It turns out She just took off the incorrect order and didn't communicate any of this to me. I sat at the window and she rudely asked what she could help with. I explained my order was not complete. She said she could not complete it because she couldn't ring up anything new at the window. I decided to cut my losses and leave as a huge line had piled up behind me. It was uncomfortable to hear someone misrepresenting what happened as to not take any accountability for her own mistake. 12/18/2021 4PM

Been waiting 15minutes for two burritos. I'm the only one here. Last time it was 30mins and they proceeded to give my order to someone else. Would not recommend this location for any reason to anyone.

I won't ever go back there again. Only required to put one scoop of meat on tacos or less. Also I know three people who got food poisoning from there. Just don't go.

It's your typical Taco Bell food. The people that work there have good customer service skills. The drive thru had a long line, but it was worth the wait for my belly's needs.

SHOUT OUT to the hardest working evening crew in Foley! Obviously it's taco bell, nothing special about the food, but having never been to this location, I watched this crew very short handed and killing it tonight. Got home and as slammed as they were our food was made perfectly, not slopped together at all. Thank you for doing what you do. You guys are great examples in these times we're all going through. You should be proud!

come here quite often because they claim to be open until 1am. they close early constantly. tonight it was 12:20. last week it was 10:30. kinda tired of it. change your hours on your website or stick to the hours on your website. it’s really not that hard. let me in, i know how to make a simple taco?

I came in at 10:10 am. The lights were off so they were kind enough to turn those on but that was all they could do for me. I said are you still serving breakfast ? She said no and walked to the back. I didn't see her again. She didn't say give me just a minute or I'll be right back if you'd like lunch. So I left. I know this is not a dream job. Lord knows I wouldn't want to do it but if you sign up for it. Isn't taking the customers order a requirement ???
