Went through drive thru last nightGot about $43 worth of food for 3 ppl.So I work fast food too I get times and I also know they have to do theres in 3 mins or less.I'm trying to look at the menu and get the order of 3 ppl one being a 10 Yr old child. We haven't been at Taco Bell in about 3 years. I told them exactly that haven't been at Taco Bell in a while and needed a moment. Interrupting my train of thought every 10 seconds seeing if I needed help to find something on the menu was not helpful it was counterproductive.I get she was just trying to help and get her line moving but at the same time interrupting my train of thought was going to just make it longer. I don't know if she's told to do that but it's a little excessive when I'm sitting there trying to figure out what to get these two other people plus me food and every 10 secondscan I help you find somethingIs there something I can help you findI mean granted we could have went inside but after the long day we had getting out of the car was a lot.The food was still good the service was still pretty good and quickIt was just that one thing that kind of just made it not so greatWould I go back yes but not in the drive-thru

I was charged for something I did not order nor receive. I get mistakes will be made but how the manager handled it ridiculous. And based on what she said they take food back over the counter after it has left the store which is not allowed by the health department. To the manager on shift at 7pm 4/3/24 are you reselling what you make people bring back to other customers?

I wouldn’t ever make a bad review! Making surer and finding the high points in every single situation! The last 3 times for sure I have specific conversations about my own concerns and past experiences! AND MAID SURE TOO LET YOUR EMPLOYEES KNOW THAT I AM DEADLY allergic to raw tomatoes!!!!!!! I am allergic to the raw acid that is produced by the tomatoes!!!!! Cooked fully!?! I can’t even get enough of them!!!! I hate to say a word!!!!!!! But this visit just like the last two, I ordered beefy 5 layer bean burrito and cheesy chicken chorizo I have Epi pens because they have made sure I know I will be dead in less than 10min. Dead! I Love Taco Bell! I hope that you can address the issue with how important allergy to food or cross contamination is with the person that lives and constitutes ase deathly allergic to Raw tomatoes! Love you good night!!!!!

I am going to start this by saying the line was AROUND the building. I ordered a crunchy taco supreme. Pulled around, super sweet staff. Opened the taco, it looked like it should be used for advertising. It was bizarre. Some artistry skills for sure lol. My daughter said it was a good as it looked. I am still blown away today, hence why I am writing this review. Thank you for the taco that wasn't hastily thrown together during a clear rush. Not to mention the excellent service and smiles. Kudos to whoever is running the ship.
