The previous tenants went through a broker and sold their "business " to another person..that person left and took ALL contents of Galley property with them after 4 months..property owner is renovating ... the Galley should be up for new lease by April...we sure do want it back! We'll be a lot more careful next time.

Hopefully this place does not re open.. from the building to the food to the service to other patrons the place is a no.

Best crawfish etouffee we've ever eaten. Delicious raw oysters and excellent fried shrimp with a nice light batter...great service, all sitting right on the Bon Secour river.

I'm sorry to say that the Galley has closed Hopefully the owners will find another building to make sure their great food and hospitality continues to make people happy !!!

Doesn’t even deserve one star! Terrible experience from dirty silverware with dog hair and dirt wrapped in the napkin to nonexistent and rude service. First and last time I’ll ever be there. McDonald’s is better.

Nice people, but half the orders wrong, bill was a mess. Food all tasted like frozen reheated sysco products. Out of things and no AC. Really wanted to like it, but just a below average eatery with reheated bland food.

Saw this place while driving around during our stay in Gulf Shores. 500 miles from home/work, never felt like a stranger. Cool place, great staff, Fresh oysters, hand breaded onion rings. USDA Prime beef!

First- I'm surprised to be the first to review this place on TripAdvisor. It's apparently been there for several years. Our experience was very good, overall. We were greeted and seated by a friendly and welcoming woman, and our server, Candace, was right there to take our food and drink orders. I got the appetizer trio with Gumbo, Etoufee and Jambalaya. I enjoyed all three. My wife got the burger, and enjoyed the burger patty part. The bun was low quality and the condiments were from Walmart, which always makes me question the quality of ingredients used. In fact, my wife would have really enjoyed her burger, if it had been served on a better bun. I will recap by saying this place serves good food and provides really good service.

Food was horrible. They talked-about about cajun style and served seafood, boudin balls, etc. in a batter. Those who know anything about cajun fried food, batter not used. And no idea what boudin is. All thought they spent money on new floors, there is no cleanliness. Dirt, bugs trash. Service was terrible, rude, condescending, and plan dont care attitude. Owners instead of empathy, just excuses. This will be closed or for sale soon.

Food-its okay. The portions are a lot smaller and the prices are a lot higher. The fries were really good, and the best part.Service-disliked it, the wait was always long here and they're always understaffed. I waited extra long and wound up getting the wrong entree anyway so then I had to wait again. I ordered a yellow hammer double drink but it didn't seem to have any alcohol in it at all and it was some kind of a strawberry and cherry drink anyway. After I gave the girl my credit card she ran it and then tried to give it to someone else. She was really nice though.Atmosphere- elevator music and the TVs off kinda a downgrade from what it used to be.$85 for 2 adults and a kid who got grilled cheese is kinda steep.Wheelchair accessibility: They removed the ramp inside. They still have the one on the outside, so who knows.

This is one of the best places to go in Gulf Shores or Orange Beach. Seriously, take the drive from the beach and go here. Food and service are amazing. This is a must in the area whether your a local or on vacation.

Cost was about 25 per person and was not worth it. The waitress had RFB and although we got everything we needed we had to peek around the corner to get her attention. The blackened grouper had a lot of Chilli powder and I'm not sure it was grouper( if it was it was a very thin filet). Everything was an upcharge including Mac and cheese, house salad and potatoe wedges. Only pro is it wasn't a line out the door ?

Awesome pizza and burgers. Been going here for 30 years or so... Changed owners a few times, but still great place to go.

Food wasn’t that good for the price. Atmosphere was dirty with lots of flies. Table was broken and wobbly. The only good thing was the waitress who was nice and very accommodating.
