Not even sure how this place is still open…. The customer service was horrible. The kids wanted sushi and we stopped after leaving the amusement park, my gut said to say no thank you and leave but we stuck it out. Food was served on solo red plastic plates. The foods was ok…. I wish I would have taken pictures. For 2 adults and 2 children, we paid $80 for what looked like a lunch portion of food in a public school cafeteria. But again, customer service was horrible. I would not return nor recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Put my things down told her I was waiting for everyone to come. I proceeded to go to the restroom, she told me it wasn't working. I asked if it was working, she said something was stopped up. I don't believe that they're 2 restrooms in this restaurant. In the door it says restroom only for paying customers. Will have to get something ends to eat for dinner.When the food came out it was small like a kids meal. Not enough for an adult. Was on plastic plates. The presentation was awful. I got shrimp fried rice. There were 5 shrimp in the middle of the rice. Plus they're no servers we had to go get our own food.We've been to this area twice and both times the place was empty.If you're thinking of coming here just say ??.

So something the vacationers don't really know. Mikato and Sushi Co have the same owners. Same great sushi and food, same great service, less formal atmosphere. Here you get the same great quality food but quicker, and on plastic plates so you don't need to feel like getting dressed up. Enjoy this place while visiting OWA and treat yourself!

The worst white rice I've ever had. It's literally crunchy. They weren't even busy. I was the only person in line. It took 20 minutes to get just chicken and white rice. Playing terrible rap music the whole time. It's awful. Don't waste your time.

We are no stranger to Sushi and this place didn’t disappoint at all! Firecracker Roll for the wife and I to share was the perfect balance of yum and spice! We both ordered the Chicken Habachi as well and it was a full portion to fill us with the 1 roll. Our daughters each ordered a seperate roll, Volcano Roll was good, daughter said she didn’t care for the Smokey flavor in the loose crab on top. Other daughter ordered the Super crunch roll and it was delicious and perfectly sized! The plates and silverware (if you don’t use chopsticks) are plastic and the drinks are bottles (no big deal to us). Setup for easy takeout. Smaller cafe style restaurant right next to the MAIN Entrance to OWA.

Let me tell you the worst experience ever. I don't normally leave reviews but this time I could not hold the anger down. First of all the prices do not match what on the menu. I got a Philly roll and rainbow roll $7 + $12 and kids lomein $8. And some how ended up paying $50. What ever. Sushi were horrible, rice undercooked and not to mention the old lady that was preparing them messed up the order twice, also they serve you food in some cheap plastic plates, drinks are from a fridge. But what was the worst is the costumer service!!!!! There was an old lady and when I confronted her about sushi being bad and the prices did not match the menu, I asked her for a refund, which she responded in the rude way you don't get your refund here, she also said the prices are higher not and that I need to stop complaining. I swear if I was not with my kids, I would have gone off on her. Horrible experience. I am reporting them to OWA. Nasty food and horrible service. DO NOT GO THERE DO NOT!!!!

Don't waste your money!!!! Avoid this place at all cost. A few years ago, I wouldn't go anywhere else for my sushi. Not only is the lady at the front counter rude, she's not sanitary. I watched her lick her fingers to open a plastic bag for another customer then return to making food. I had to tell her to wash her hands and change her gloves due to "food allergies" as a result a man from the kitchen completed our order. On the second occasion, she gave our food to the wrong person after my husband paid and refused to make his order again after he waited 30 mins. So yes, it's fair to say, do not return to this establishment and avoid going at all cost.

The food was skimpy & not a true hibachi. My mom had chicken & shrimp hibachi, she received 3 shrimp. The rice was not good. The shrimp fried rice is served with 5 shrimp which is laughable. The chicken was hard. The fried/hibachi rice tasted as if it came from the freezer section. They need to work on serving size & food quality. The menu says that they have chicken or pork dumplings but they only serve pork. Unless they make changes, I wouldn't eat here.

The food was really good, and the service was great! I was told this place is always so packed. I got lucky and went at a time when it was basically empty. I would highly recommend this place and do plan to return.

Upon our arrival the restaurant was empty so my kids, grandson and I waited for someone to come from the back to take our order. Finally a male came up front and acted as though he didn’t won’t to be bothered but did take our order. We took a seat and waited on our order to come out and it was something that I had never experienced before. A older lady was also present with the male and watched my kids and I the entire time we tried to stomach the $70 meal I had paid for. The hibachi rice was not hibachi and the sushi rolls look that the rolls you purchase from the supermarket. As I tried to explain my dissatisfaction of the services and the food the older lady became aggressive. I told her and him that she was rude and she in return told me I was rude. I made them aware that I would report the way we were treated especially since they are located on the resort OWA Parks and Resorts. These actions would explain why no one was in their establishment and they definitely shouldn’t be apart of what is suppose to be a family oriented environment.Signed: Beyond Furious
