Very poor customer service interaction:Our party was told there was a 1 hour wait for service. After the hour went by without being seated, we were told it would be another 30 minutes. After that 30 minutes went by, someone who claimed to be the manager on duty, became aggravated at us asking her why we had not been seated although other patrons after us had been seated. She stated that our party (10, 6 adults and 4 children) was too large to seat even though we had stated earlier we would split up in order to be seated sooner. She then stated she would take care of this situation right then. She crossed our party name off her list and told us to go somewhere else to eat. Never have I ever experienced such poor management in a restaurant setting. We left this establishment and went to Mellow Mushroom in Foley where we had Excellent Customer Service and very good food.Hopefully the owner can look at this review as a training opportunity for her person in charge and not use it as an "Overall" reflection of her establishment. I personally was disappointed in this service experience because I had heard the food was good. After this interaction, I guess I will never know.Internal Use

Everyone I know who went to Orange Beach or OWA hyped this place up and it lived up to it. Great pizza and great place for the kids.

Please don't go here. The food might be good but the manager here is diabolical. Rain is her name because she gladly gave it to us immediately after crossing our name out on the wait list. Trust me I get the fact that's it summer and the wait list is long. After an hour and a half of waiting we asked where we were on the list. We were met with the most condescending impolite person I've ever experienced in my life. We even offered to split our party to make it easier. She looked at us and said "look around do you see where I'm going to sit with you?!" Wish I could leave less than 1 star

We visited Trattoria a couple of years ago and was not impressed! We went today and it's so much better. Rain is the best waitress by far! Red is awesome! Their Shrimp Carbonara is fabulous! We will be going back especially if Rain is working!

When our waiter brought us our drinks there was stuff floating in it and I started to look and we were brought legit dirty/used cups. I’m not sure why we didn’t just walk out but we ate our entrees and now my husband and I both aren’t feeling well!?

This was an amazing place , we had a great experience! Our server Jackie was so personable and kind. One of the best waitresses we have ever had! Food was terrific too! The overall experience was wonderful!

They are so friendly and the food is great, worth every penny!!!

The lasagna was way overpriced for the portion I was given. It wouldn't have been enough for a kid. Not bad, but also not worth $20.

Appetizer was cold, our drinks were never brought to us we had to go get them ourselves, we got a calzone and it was cold on the inside, and shrimp and garlic ravioli, had three shrimp ravioli stuffed with cheese and layers of baked cheese on top. Was definitely not worth the money and definitely would not go back.

Honestly, and sadly, this restaurant is simply not good (and expensive for what you get). I ordered the Chicken Marsala and my wife ordered the Eggplant Parmigiana. My Chicken itself wasn't bad, but for the price the piece of Chicken served was so small. As for the pasta served with the Chicken--absolutely not cooked to order. It was no doubt pre-cooked then reheated---and it tasted as such. It should be noted it was lunchtime and the food took 45 minutes to be served---so there was plenty of time to cook the pasta correctly. As for the sauce---not sure what it was---but it wasn't Marsala. As for the eggplant, it was good, but paper thin and just one slice. The sauce was good too---but for the price--and what you get---just not enjoyable. Here too, the eggplant was placed on top of soft / overdone pasta. May sound silly---but at these prices you'd expect to have pasta cooked correctly! Our lunch cost us close to $50.00 and I was still hungry. With so many places to try in southern Baldwin County---we will not be going back to this establishment. PS... One shinning spot was the Servers---kind, nice attentive---but sadly that doesn't change how poor the food was.

We went in for lunch hoping to get a small pizza and calamine after reviewing their menu online. They had a “special event” menu only, no calazines and no small pizzas allowed and no adding mushrooms to a pizza in the menu. Our waitress was nice. Settled for two appetizers, garlic balls and deep fried cheese. Both were good.

The restaurant was out of wings, so we gave the appetizer dip a try. It was a little like Italian queso and a little bit like awesome grilled cheese - just as the waitress promised. We also had the meat pizza. We would definitely eat here again!

I went during the busiest time of day "evening rush" there was 2 full tables seated, host came promptly to greet and seat me. Server took my order and provided excellent recommendations. Trattoria was my go to restaurant for dinner with live music pre Covid season. Music wasn't live today, but there was some awesome Italian soft music playing. Server came with wine was poured in a dirty glass, appetizer came out hot and fresh and great. I enjoyed the Eggplant Parmesan and while cleaning my wine glass I found a dead fly in it. I paid the check and went home disappointed that even after I pointed it out to the server and the server saw it, the issue was no resolved or rectified. As someone that lives in the area and wants greatly to see all restaurants thrive especially at OWA, I have come to the conclusion that I will happily go elsewhere to enjoy dinner knowing that if there's an issue with my order it will be fixed on the spot.

Did not eat a bite of food. Never had the chance to. Apparently with an empty restaurant on Sunday morning, they refused to allow carry out.In an empty restaurant. On Sunday morning.Guess my local dollars can support someone else.
