Wait 30 to 40 minutes only to receive cold food. I don't understand if it the window workers that are just lazy and drag around instead of working or what, but it seems as if the food was made as soon as you order then just sits. 0/5 I hope they close down and something new with good management fills this waisted space

Waited a long time while car in front of me made their apparently large order, then a long time for them to get their food, and then a long time for them toapparently check their order while still blocking the window. When I finally got to the window to get my order, a single hamburger, I was told to pull ahead and wait! The hamburger cost $6.81 and definitely was not worth the wait! To top it all off, when I tried to do the on line survey, information was missing on my receipt to permit me to do so.

Literally spent over an hour in their drive thru last night. The ordering process was the most decent part of the whole experience. We didn't want to pull off after we had ordered so we sat and waited.. expecting to receive fresh food since there was such a long wait.. about 45 minutes after we ordered we made it through and received our food.. we were near immediately disappointed having sampled the fries to find they were completely cold and the texture was like cardboard. Not wanting to sit in the drive thru for another hour we just headed home hoping the burgers would be satisfying. They couldn't have been further from that. The burgers were near inedible. Burnt to a crisp. They looked as the whomever was cooking was angry and Literally pressed the burger and buns as flat as the could go. Wrong ingredients on them.. we waited till this morning to call because we wanted to talk to the store manager. The woman who answered was nasty,unhelpful, and said we should have brought it back lastnight. Really wish we could give negative stars

Usually love Whataburger!! This particular one is ridiculous tho. We had a party of 14 and the lady on front line was asked to step away from register to go to back and help catch up..we stood for 20 min and left..this is pitiful and there was more workers than customers anyway..I have never had a bad experience at any Whataburger until today!!

First experience with Whataburget.. after rave reviews! i was not impressed! Gave us a vanilla shake when we ordered chocolate and that was after we asked for strawberry and they told us they were out of strawberry.. and argued with us when we told them.. were “ our of small meat” so we couldnt order a jr burger.. slow slow services!!

I finally had enough of this Whataburger. Not only do you have to suffer through long wait times. When they screw your order up and make you wait an extra 20 minutes. The only thing I’m told is my food got mixed up. 5 cars behind me got to go before I finally received my food. Two sandwiches for me and my wife. Half way filled fries and hardly any onion rings to follow. I just don’t understand why this is the only Whataburger I have an abysmal experience each time.

It took over 30 mins to get out to go food! As we watched a gentleman in the cook area sling / throw peoples bags of food on the counters.The gentleman that took our Order was very professional, polite & great personality.The lady that brought our food & sauces. A turtle moves faster. Her face & attitude was not pleasant. She acted like everyone was an inconvenience to her.

Waiting for someone to take order. When she finally came she said she had to go to the bathroom. She never came back and no one else ever came to help. We left. Like the food but this time service was terrible. Hard to go

Sooooo SLOW....It'll take an hour in the drive thru.Your order will be wrong.It's been like this since they opened, lines are always wrapped around the building.Go to Culver's! Much faster and better.A restaurant takes this long.

Worse Whataburger we’ve ever been in! The floor was so greasy it’s a hazard! We told the staff- also trash cans too full to toss your trash away. Tables were filthy- I had to get wet tissues from the restroom to wipe the table. The order was incredibly wrong after a 30 minute wait. Also, they neglected to inform us they were out of tomatoes for our burgers. Definitely not going back.
