Well, I love their food but I Google them to see their hours and they didn't close till 7 so yay, we are eating BBQ Place or so we thought. We pulled in at 5:45 and 2 employees walked out and locked the doors and to be a little more rude isn't even say anything to us about it. First of all you should still be open and then you can't at least say sorry we're closed or anything. That's not a way to run a business.

Ok I pride myself on my own bbq and sauce so when I eat out I eat bbq. I love an old place that looks like it’s been around forever. They pass the pulled pork was cooked great, I like the sauce it’s homemade not doctored up store bought the slaw was really good the jojos were good fried potatoes btw. And one of the regulars gave us a bottle of chicken sauce and told us it’s great in the jojos , she was right . It might would have gotten a perfect score we’re it not the profanity coming from the kitchen. For a family place it was bad. I felt for the two families there with young children. They really should be ashamed

Been there 4 times in the last 3 weeks. After 11 (which is when they say they are open) and all 3 times was told "we're not open yet an don't know what time we will open." I get you have staffing issues, but at least update your opening times on the website an Facebook! Ugh so frustrating!

This restaurant is a treasure! I've been eating here since I was a child and it hasn't changed a bit (because it's always been perfect)! If you're in Fort Payne Alabama it is a must stop!

Wow. It’s dangerous to have a killer chicken finger and sauce combo served at such a great barbecue joint; somehow the delectable sauce and chicken strips surpass all other menu items. That includes the one of a kind, crispy Jo’s Jo’s! (Which you simply must try.) As far as other sides go, I would recommend choosing the baked beans over the coleslaw if you’re craving something more flavorful. All in all, Bar-B-Que has practical prices, a quaint dining area in addition to a drive thru, and some extremely hardworking staff; there really are plenty of reasons as to why they seem to be a town favorite when lunch rolls around!

As a teenager I worked here. It's been quite some time ago! LOL! Last time I came in there was only 2 people dining, one car in drive thru & they had 5 people working & I waited on my order for nearly 10 min!!! A reg. chic.finger plate w/Jo's & slaw & my fingers were cold. Food still taste the same but the quality of service sux these days!! Today I come in & there's one lady against the wall & said she already ordered. I proceed to order my usual,pay for it & go sit to wait for nearly 15min before I finally get my food! 2 cars @ drive thru, 3 people working & one of them hasn't quit talking since I walked in. The lady whom was against the wall was still against the wall at least another 5min after I got my order. Bless her heart! They were stuck in Granny gear bc we'd gotten at least 5 or more orders out within the 15 I waited today!!! Matt...you need some workers. LOL. I'm just being real. It was a bit disturbing to me considering only couple customers.

Great staff serving great comfort food at reasonable prices. I would definitely recommend it to others and will be a returning customer. The service was very quick, and our order was correct; unlike at almost every fast food joint.

Their website has not been updated. They lost alot of business today because website shows they open at 11. I guess they open at 11:30. No signs on the door and noone to pick up the phone. Poor customer service.
