We waited for quite a while in drive through and there was only one car ahead of us. Not sure what the problem was, but we were asked to wait when we finally got to the menu board, then we waited again at the window. The food was great which kind of made up for the long wait. It appeared they might have been short handed.

Went in to order at Burger King. Ordered the Bacon King, fries and a Whopper Jr. The Bacon King had too much ketchup. Made it messy to eat. The fries were excellent! Place was VERY busy!

We ordered online for instore pickup because we had 6 kids with us a didn't want to eat in the car all bunched up , when we get there the lobby is closed and we can't go in I asked them to just refund me and they said since I ordered thru the app they couldn't refund my order ... this is getting ridiculous.... Went on a Saturday night, says they're open til 12 and normal week nights til 11, got there at 8:25, a few cars were already in line ahead of me, a woman comes out screaming they're closed, at 8:30? Thanks for that wonderful service!! NOT.

Stopped in right at 8am on a friday to get some breakfast, all the lights were off, nobody decided to show up I guess. They're supposed to open at 6am mind you. This location was never known for its cleanliness or quality of food, so its very apparent management has just given up, It's a shame.
Sitting in the drive thru for 30 minutes and the car in front of me still waiting for food, multiple other cars have pulled out and left. Bad service.

Ordered an impossible king with cheese no lettuce no tomato no onions. What I got was an impossible whopper with lettuce tomato onion and no cheese. Waited 20 minutes in line just to get a completely wrong order.
