My family loves Chick-fil-A . We were traveling and needed a break so we decided to stop in Ft. Payne at the CFA. We only needed milk shakes/ice cream/frosted coffee and frosted lemonade.The.beverages and ice cream, as usual, were wonderful. I have to wait long time to get my mobile order, when i got it. it was wrong!! i have to comeback to talk to the manager. At least i should get a complementary cookie or something for the delayed, the wrong order and the gas i spent coming back to get the Wright order. But nope nothing. The customer service it's declining, they should start training the managers better. I know is not the servers fault because it's a lot of teenagers, that need supervision.
