We came through Sunday night around 9:50 pm and the young man working the drive thru had amazing customer service skills. I was afraid with it being so late, our visit might not go well, but he went above and beyond to make us feel special. Unfortunately I do not know his name, but he was awesome.
Food tasted amazing, and everything was good. I went with a group of freinds, and one of them didn't get their food, but we got it settled without any problem. Some of the best breakfast items I've ever had.

Update: I appreciate Jason Morrow, a manger from the location I visited, reaching out to me to make my order right. He was delightful to talk with. Jacks around for several decades for a reason, good employees and (normally) good food. Jacks PLEASE bring our regular fries backStopped for lunch, got 2 3 piece chicken fingers and fries. Fries were old & nasty. So $7 for 3 chicken fingers. Same last time I got a meal with fries, always old & re-cooked
