The service was terrible n the wait took forever we didn't get appetizers until about an hour there and we got drinks 1 time waitress was terrible we took some food home to warm up just to eat it all of my food was terrible I will never take my family there again it was a horrible experience I wouldn't recommend this place for

Food was fine for its price, but the service was terrible. Host was extremely rude and the staff had the audacity to give themselves a tip AFTER I left a cash tip which was already more than 20% of my meal. There were empty but dirty tables throughout the restaurant and the host sat us next to a speaker when we asked for booth seating due to no one cleaning up the various dirty booths in an otherwise empty restaurant. Terrible service from terrible staff that will steal your money. Do not recommend.

Uber eats gave us the wrong location and the manger at this location was so accommodating and awesome about the mix up. Bartender was amazing as well. 5 stars!

I asked for a bacon cheese burger and it didn't come with cheese. The manager came over and said he would make it right and they were making a new burger right away and he again he said they would make it right. My burger came after the rest of the party had finished their meal. Then the waitress brought the check they had ADDED the charge of an additional cheese burger that they had to make for me because I wasn't happy with the first cheeseburger they incorrectly made. I showed the waitress the check and she talked to the manager. She brought over a new check. (The manager never came back to explain.) They finally took the additional burger cost off the bill plus an extra $8 off. I am glad I looked over the bill first.

We placed our order and it took 20 minutes I'd longer to get our food. I ordered all you can eat shrimp and fries, my fries were cold, my cousin ordered medium well steak and loaded potatoes, her steak was medium rare, blood was coming out the meat when she pushed down on it with a fork. I asked for more endless shrimp and fries and he brought me six shrimp on small plate. Where were the fries? Cause I sure didn't get any more. My experience at the fultondale location was horrible. You have lost 2 customers.
