Firehouse seems to be pretty consistent from my experience but this staff was great!! It was a young high school student appeared to be in charge and she was fantastic! So mature and way beyond her years in professionalism. I was super impressed. Food was really good. Restaurant was clean. Impressed for sure!!

Store opens at 10:30. I pulled up at 10:40 and the door is locked, not a big deal at all. The crew inside ignores me for three more minutes before I have to awkwardly knock as if they didn’t just look at me and ignore me. They finally come get the door. Before I can order, the two people working tell me that there are six online orders ahead of me and it will take a while (I guess hinting that I should go somewhere else for lunch?). Bizarre and poor customer service experience.

Hey this was me and my family 1st time trying firehouse sub and everything was amazing. Our host name was Eric, but I just wanna give a better description: she’s tall, caucasian, long hair and I think it was striped. I just wanna say thanks again. Can’t wait to come back.

Staff was super friendly. Went above and beyond. John or Johnathan. (Forgive me I’m horrible with names) definitely needs a raise. Like I said, he went above and beyond for me and my family I wish him well with whatever he does in life will definitely be eating here again. if I could give this more than five stars I would.

Wonderful customer service. Kind greeting when we walked in and then when our 9 month old pulled the basket with an untouched sandwich off the table and onto the floor they were kind enough to remake it for us. Totally our fault but that was just above and beyond. We’ll definitely be back on our next trip through!
