This was my second time ordering this the first was not right. But this time was perfect. Steak was cooked great. Burger had the bacon on it this time. Very good job!!!

I had a teriyaki salmon bowl, it was good. My husband had a 6 oz sirloin steak, which we have had before at other O Charley's, he wasn't impressed, said, steak didn't have a lot of flavor.

First time back here in about 7 years, as I used to frequent regularly. Service was outstanding with “Mo” our server. Top Shelf appetizer still delish. Sirloin was severely overcooked, Cali chx salad was ok (chx a bit dry), vinaigrette dsg still good, grilled corn was good.Vegetarian options: Broccoli, asparagus, corn, potatoes, and salad options were great-Parking: Need cameras to span entire lot.

Ordered blackened salmon with rice and a side salad. Salmon wasn’t really blackened and was questionably fishy smelling (more than normal). The rice was cold and dry like it was old, tasted horrible. The salad lettuce was turning and not fresh with one tomato slice and mostly cheese and carrot sticks. Will never eat here again. If you’re hungry pick one of the other many options around town!

I haven't been to this location in almost two years due to issues with bad customer service. So I went Tuesday was seated immediately. Got sat at a booth by the bar. So bartender was my server . I ordered my steak med-well, it came out well done and burnt. I told her & showed her the steak. She was nonchalant about it & asked me what did I want her to do about it & walks off. I was charged for items that I didn't have . i told her & she changed it. (I have worked as a server as well as restaurant manager & know about prizes you get for up sales) Fast forward two days later I receive an alert that my total on my card has been updated due to a $7 tip that I did NOT authorize because it left a cash tip. This has done it for me in will never go back to those location. If yall do continue to go USE CASH AND NOT YOUR CARD BECAUSE OF THEIVES. oan to top it off, I am assuming it was a boyfriend or husband of hers kept coming to the bar while she was working getting money from her.

The server added a $20.00 tip after we left the restaurant. I caught it when I checked my bank account and saw the extra $20.00! Server name was Monyae B. Watch out for her, she will steal from you if your not careful.I called Management and he was very concerned about this and said he would issue a refund.Haven’t received it yet but I am confident that he will take care of it for me. His name was Robert Dunn. Excellent Manager! Corporate office also followed up with me and said they would guarantee that I am refunded the $20.00.I suppose this could happen anywhere, just be careful when eating out.

I had the sirloin steak pasta. The steak was tender and seasoned very well. The pasta sauce was delightful with the touch of spice on the back end. I suggest this dish!!

Greeted and seated by a very friendly gentleman who may have been a manager. Great smile and attitude. Kendra was a phenomenal waitress and took fantastic care of us! We haven't had an experience like this at an O'Charlies in a long time, but we came from a different state. Probably the best waitress we've had this entire year from anywhere. Kendra is a keeper for sure!! We would hire her in a heartbeat!

This spot might be good for sitting at the bar and drinking when there is specials. I would not recommend the food. Staff is really off. The bartender was lovely, but I think she had other responsibilities so you might be waiting a while from another drink.

The food is great for the price, and the managers are some of the best I've seen in the business, great atmosphere and very inviting place would def recommend!
I ordered the Zuppa Tuscany soup. It was very watered-down. This soup comes with kale-Italian sausage, bacon bits, sliced potatoes etc. My soup had none, of these ingredients. I asked for a better bowl and still lucked out! I ended up choosing a different soup.

The furnishings are very old. It’s time for a change. They also change the recipe for potato soup, which is the main thing we want it. The other piece that my wife had was chicken tenders, with gravy, and I asked what type of meal that is, I do not understand very poor menu.

My steak was great, the asparagus had several hard pieces an my potato soup was pretty runny, it was okay, the steak made up for the rest of it. The carry out order lady working was doing a good job as well!

I haven't been in a while. The quality of the food has changed. The rolls shrunk. They are still good. The cheese wedges are still delicious. The Southern Pecan Chicken Tender Salad has changed its lettuce (I noticed). I probably will take Charley's off my list though.
