Walked in the door was seated in the last booth next to the wall, sat their for several minutes (7) no one came to our table the restaurant was not crowed at all. The waitress waited on people that came in after us. A young man came over to see if we had been waited on and how long we had been waiting, we replied several minutes and got up and left. No customer service , poor workmanship. Husband stated he will never return.

We were into town for a conference and decided to go out to eat and picked Outback, Everything was great from the time we walked in the door it was a pleasant welcome from the host to the server, great customer service from (Jayden)!!! The food was hot when it came out!! I would recommend if you in the area check out this Outback you will not be disappointed!! The owner Ashley Lewis is doing a great job with her team on their customer service!!!

Against our better judgement, we made another visit. It has been a while so we hoped for the best. The service was not good. We had to ask 2 people for utensils and still had to get up and ask a 3rd person before they were brought to the table, after food was delivered. From there, it went downhill for service, and food. This time, I think we will call it quits for this restaurant. They have raised their prices considerably and the food, and experience, left us wondering why we bothered to try this place again.

We dined before the dinner rush, Ordered 8 oz Sirloin (MR)/ shrimp combo was not told till the rest of the meals came out by the food runner that they were out of they 8 oz. Opted for the smaller 6 oz. Notified the wait staff to make sure they changed my order in the system. A manager came out 10 minutes later and apologized said it would be out shortly, 30 more minutes go by still no food. At that point we just wanted to go, asked for our check and not to worry about the meal never brought out. The waitress still had the meal on the check, we asked to remove it. Over seen her arguing with what appeared to be a manager about removing the meal. The communication was terrible between the staff and no follow up on customer service.

I tend to be fairly lenient on the food service industry, and here, I'm probably being more generous than most folks would.Order: 6oz sirloin and Alice Springs Chicken, house salad, and loaded baked potato. The young lady bringing food to people's vehicles was really sweet and helpful. The cooks did a great job cooking the food as requested. This is where it goes downhill.Even though it was included on my order, I had to ask for extra sour cream and utensils. It was a 4 minute drive to my hotel and when I sat down to eat, the food was cold. The croutons in the salad were soggy and chewy with wilted lettuce. The potato was NOT loaded; it was completely plain...no bacon, cheese, etc. as is usual on a loaded potato. Also, it became apparent to me that I needed to ask for things like salt/pepper.Recommendation 1: dine in. That way when there's an issue, it can be solved.Recommendation 2: if you order for pick-up, go through your items in detail.

The food was over spiced, especially salt. Our waitress didn't appear for our drink order for 10 minutes. The food arrived promptly but the shrimp appitiser was greasy and too salty. The entree was good. We asked for and received a ToGo box and the waitress again disappeared. I found her with others huddled together laughing and critiqueing the customers. They had all forgotten their customers. When I spend $100 plus for 2 people to have a meal, I expect very good service. The service was horrible.

Last minute curbside order none of the meat was cooked properly but I guess that's what I get for being the last minute order got to check your food before you walk out or drive away the manager the next day said I had to come in the same day of the transaction but they were already closed couldn't have done that anyway possible she did compensate my receipt with $20 coupons wooden return the money to my debit card they kept all funds so that it'll go right back to outback that's nowhere near what should have happened if there is a true complaint which I proved I brought the steak back you should give back full refund just the way you got it I wasn't happy so therefore it's not up to you to choose where I take my money you guys are so wrong for that I wasn't happy with the service so therefore you chose to keep my money there in outback by saying you could not refund to my debit card it was over $100 I was the last transaction of the night you closed right after me how could I possibly return the same day had I drove right back 30 minutes later and someone been there to open the door to do the transaction so I came in my earliest convenience and still the only refund you would keep would be in House coupons. I even tipped well I was kind. Courteous well-mannered and it doesn't pay today to do that what's wrong with hiring people that really want to do their jobs because once they get hired they can't cook a steak worth nothing they get hired on and then they just don't do their damn jobs and we pay for it we're the problem I blame the management and the cook they should all be retrained because there are people looking for that job that would do it better

I've tried this Outback several times now and if they don't change, they'll be like the O'Charlies next door... closed. The hostess was nice and our server was great, they deserve better from the other departments. Most likely management issues because all the personnel we came in contact with was friendly, attentive and professional. To begin with, something was on the seats but the hostess saw it before we did and told us to wait while she got "some disinfectant". No big deal, but as the night went on all the little things added up, things that could be avoided. I came for the lobster and steak, extremely uncommon for me to be able to spring for this kind of food BUT we had a gift certificate and thought it would be a good time to splurge. Our server says, "first of all, let me tell you up front that we don't have any lobster tails, numerous steaks and a few other items. So now it was my choice whether to leave and come back to get lobster or just find something else. We chose the latter. My wife selected the shrimp plate and I went with the sirloin and Alice Springs chicken. Long story short, the only thing that was decent was the salad and French fries. I mean, she doesn't get fries much but for whatever reason... glad she did i guess. Bread was dry and cold, shrimp was old (like from the day before and reheated), chicken was, well, boiled chicken breast slab with a piece of old bacon on top of a mushroom piece (I think) microwaved to melt some Cheddar over top. (I mean seriously, look at the pics. One is from the menu and the other is what I actually got.) The asparagus i paid extra for, I PAID EXTRA FOR, looked like it was cooked in a dishwasher, soggy limp....I don't even know. And the steak, THE STEAK that you go to Outback for...i couldn't chew it. For real. I'm a carnivore. I like to chew me some animal now. Just NOT THE HIDE! I had to spit it out, as inconspicuous as possible. I really REALLY don't want to be one of those people....I usually don't say anything cuz I've heard all the cook's retaliation stories; especially in today's society. We didn't say anything about all the food that was left on the plates, I mean, to me it should be obvious that something's not right. I mean, who goes to a restaurant to order food just to let it sit on the plate? I did tell the waitress about the steak, I should've known better than to try to chew it after sawing on it. She did order me another steak but my appetite was gone. Oh well, been trying to lose a few pounds anyways. The cost was $72 plus tip. And yes I did tip 20%. The guy in the booth beside us had trouble with his steak also and they didn't get the bloomin' onion they ordered until after their meal came and they had reminded several staff. So I know it's not just me. Management- get your act together to save the business. Your employees will have no problem finding work elsewhere, just like I'll have no problem finding food elsewhere.

This is a sorry excuse for a restaurant. Probably some of the worst experiences I've have ever had at or with an outback over the last 15 years.Nobody cares about the customers or the food they send out. Management is either nonexistent or incapable.Still no resolution from our previous issue, despite a guarantee from the Manager Nick... i ended up taking an online survey and emailing corporate about the really awful experience and poor management.Enough time passed after my emails and review that i called the store back to speak to the proprietor. I was left on hold indefinitely both times.I have now filed a complaint with the BBB.

We waited 30 minutes to even see the waitress and then waited another hour just to end up asking for our food to go because it was taking so long. Waiters had no idea where they were going. Worst $95 ever spent. Then when we get home with the food it's not even right. Just sad.

We would like to thank Keira for her excellent people and customer service skills. Her friendly and welcoming smile made us very happy. She is the top waitresses we have every experienced at Outback. She did a good job of finding solutions to making sure we truly enjoyed our dinner. We highly believe she has a future in the food service industry as a manager or supervisor.

I had the Alice Springs chicken which was DELICIOUS! The Kookaburra wings, in my opinion were waayyy better than my experience from Buffalo Wild Wings. The Cesar salad was great as well! The food traveled extremely well considering my hotel was only a half mile away. I’m not sure how good the din-in service is but if you’re looking for a good delivery option…look no further!

The only reason the service got three stars is because of our server Jordan. She was the only saving grace on this visit. It was 48 degrees outside and the restaurant had the AC on full blast. I complained to corporate, got a call from the GM after also sending an email to the franchise owner because they would NOT turn the AC off after four requests. We had our food bagged and went home to eat it which defeats the purpose of going out to eat. After speaking to the GM on the phone, he asked to send us a gift card for the amount of our meal that night, which was around $140. Still haven't received that. Hence, the review. Expediency in correcting your like of service plays into a review. Hard fail.
