The ONLY reason this post even deserves one star is because we had the nicest waitress. This BWW needs to GET IT TOGETHER. Upon entering the restaurant you will stand around for 15 minutes while the staff looks at you and does not seat you. No hostess. We finally are seated and our food takes over 50 minutes, we received our appetizer after our food. It’s very clear the kitchen does not have it together. Food was cold. Also a HAIR was baked into my fries. The absolute WORST experience I have ever had in a restaurant. We had the nicest waitress, her service was great. Management and the kitchen clearly do not have it together. This is extremely sad, and BWW should be ashamed.

The people were loud the my whole party’s ordered messed up except for the 2 kids meals out of 7 different orders and we waited 1 hour for us to be sat at separate table we will not be coming

Friday night, was told wait would be 35-45 mins. It’s been an hour and a half and we’re sitting at another wing place still waiting on the text that our table is ready. It wasn’t even that busy and about half the tables were empty and the customers that left had their table bussed and ready for other customers. We stood at the host stand the last 15 minutes while a congregation gathered behind us waiting to speak to the hostess as well and no one ever came up, but it took 2 hostesses to run the to-go pickup counter. The hostesses just would not sit any new customers. We saw several people leave as well. The place is obviously not managed at all. If I owned this place I’d get rid of the hostesses or re-train them as they have to be costing this place about as much money as they make in a night. Sucks because we used to enjoy eating here. Coop Deville across the river has great service, though.

This is a horrible place to go to try and enjoy a meal. I had been told that the volume at which they keep their radio was ridiculous. I verified that myself today. If you want to go eat there with anybody and have a conversation,you have to try to talk(yell) over the music. You have to get very loud with the waitresses to get your order in and make sure they hear it correctly. My party and I ask several different workers about turning the music down and so did people from other parties, only to be told that they would not because they get in trouble and get sent home for touching it. It was brought to our attention that that had been done very recently as other guests before us had complained about the volume as well. One waitress even said, and I quote "You think that's loud? Wait til the manager Andy gets hear in alittle while! He really turns it up!" This is pathetic BWW! Your clients can't think, your waitresses can't hear to take your clients orders and you are losing customers on the count of it! I know several including myself that will not dine here again. Pathetic!

The decibels of music was way to loud for me! When I requested the music to be turned down I was told Andy, the DM, would not allow it. I thought I was going to eat a relaxing lunch, even moved to the patio, but instead I'm yelling at my lunch date! Andy may need new hearing aids.

The music is so loud I couldn't hear the hostess. We were seated right below a speaker and I could hear my wife talking. I'm not hard of hearing, and I like loud music but not while I'm having a conversation. I always enjoy the music here but it doesn't have to be so loud to be enjoyable.

My waiter was Selena, she was very friendly and patient, she even saved us money on deals, and specials. Most the time when I go the waiters are not that good they just take your order and ready to move on. But Selena didn't, she was kind and sweet, friendly. I will go back, ask for her..

Took an hour for our food to get ready because there was apparently an "emergency" in the kitchen. Okay no big deal, however when my wings did finally arrive they were ice cold. I'm not sure why I would except more from Buffalo Wild Wings. This place is nice as far as looks go but the service from the kitchen is non-existent.

I received an email about pre order for the Super Bowl and receive 6 free wings. I sent my order timely for 60 plus dollars and spoke to Dillon prior to sending a family member to pick up my order. He said no problem it would be taken care of. He did nothing to fix the problem and didn’t give me the 6 free wings. I even had the picture to show him. I guess he thinks his job is secure and can treat people poorly. There are plenty of other places for wings. I’m furious!!

A bit overcooked, waitress took our glasses before we were ready to go or had even paid..seemed a bit strange lol. Great atmosphere though!
