From the time we walked through the door, all you could see and hear was literally 4 to 5 employees behind the counter not communicating with the customers at all, but rather with each other in loudly tones voices. They were cussing and making fun of each other, degrading each other, you name it and they were proudly doing it in front of around 4 customers counting us minus the two that were leaving shaking their heads out the door. Once we got to the front of the line and ordered the girls were extremely rude, got us all the way to the checkout point and sold us combo meals not mentioning that they had no ice whatsoever in the machine. We didn't even let her know that because within a second she was now in the back of the store laughing and carrying on with the other employees about how funny it was at what she had done. I will never do business with this place again, I have a huge influence on many people that will also never do business here again. This place is extremely rude and unprofessional and unfortunately this event has lost a lot of business. Perhaps if they were willing to compensate for the horrible experience I would reconsider doing business here again.

Philly sandwich was delicious but this store was DIRTY ? All the napkin holders on the tables had visible handprints & just plain filthy. The inside trash can by the door was filthy all the way down, which caused us to notice the door & the bottom was visibly filthy. It appears this place hasn't been cleaned in months....which makes me nervous. If we had noticed these things before ordering our food, we would not have eaten here because if the customer area is visibly dirty, what does the food prep area look like? ?I love this place so I hope things improve.

The food was good. I give three stars for service, and four total, because the lady taking orders and slicing, I'm assuming is the manager, was rude and rushing. She was also rude to the other employees.

If u place your order online u areprobably last even thought u ordered ahead online for pick up the Manger says the ppl in there are first and online can wait I run door dash and I give them a ⁰ little zero for effort I do Google review and this is the worst place
