Pathetic attempts at making coffee despite having tipped them three dollars. The piss poor look on the face of the worker who messed up the first coffee was just as pathetic as her attempt at making the coffee I ordered. She obviously told the other worker “I barely put any mocha in that” when in fact it about put me into a diabetic coma, because the second coffee had basically 0 mocha in it at all lol. Wish I had caught the pissy one’s name, but I imagine it’s the same one that everyone else has complained about. Lol. 0 out of 10. Not at all recommended. I won’t waste my time with them again, that’s for sure.

Went in yesterday (6/9/2022) and got the worst service, the girl had a attitude and rolled her eyes while taking my nephews order. Didn't even ask me if I wanted anything. It was clear she hates her job. This was the 2nd and last time I will ever go in there. Need better workers

I love the vanilla frappe with raspberry. It’s the only thing I ever order from here. It is so good and creamy.

I love Joe Muggs coffee. I drink it practically every day! Caramel iced coffees and literally any iced latte with whip is where it’s at.

While the coffee we got is good, the employees at the coffee shop, specifically, the cashier, EMILY, is the reason for the one star. My daughter and I were Happy, smiling and in a good mood and began placing our order. It would be considered a larger order I suppose. 5 coffees. 3 frozen, one black and two latte's. We were patient, did not mind repeating the order multiple times. however she rolled her eyes numerous times, huffed and puffed and slammed things down. I asked her if I has offended her, to which she looked surprised I confronted her. But denied it. Yet continued to huff, puff and roll her eyes! I must admit, I'm thankful I won't be going back there!
We went in tonight to get coffee at 8:42 pm. There were 2 ladies working behind the counter. We asked for some coffee. They said they had already poured it out but could give us a cold drink. Joe Muggs Coffee is for coffee but you don't have any 18 minutes before you close???
