I visited the location in Gadsden on Meighan 12-1-23.The employees looked dirty! I watched the guy making the pizzas. He had one glove on. He rubbed his face and then would pick up the toppings with the hand he rubbed his face with! He constantly was pushing his glasses up on his nose and kept pulling his pants up while touching the dough & toppings!

absolutely bad customer service walked in and had questions and was responded to with attitude then she went ahead and charged for 4 more pizzas than wanted. called and was told i would get the money back and never did. don’t come here.

Prior to this order, had very few issues other than rude employees at pickup. This time, after the app notified everyone their orders were ready, the store insisted they were not. Ok, system had crashed during a storm, things happen, I get it. Was told another 15 min or so, and would call me. 6 or 8 others were waiting in a very small lobby, so ok, I'll go to my car. Nope! About 25 mins later I went back in, said it had been ready, and (rudely) said no, they wouldn't call anyone because they don't do that. SMH. Looked at pizza, thought it was ok, later realized sausage was not fully cooked. Won't go back any time soon.
