Good food. The place is understaffed with only one bartender serving the whole restaurant. Servers constantly apologizing and running around trying to please everyone. Just add a few more people and the atmosphere would improve. No one likes to see staff stressed out like this.

I will never waste another dime there. They forgot us. So when they finally brought our food it was cold... as in significantly below room temperature! They also cooked my whole order wrong. they overcooked my steak and lobster, didn't season my seasoned fries at all (not even salt), and for some reason covered my bake potato skin in sea salt. My wife's food was so cold she wouldn't even try it. We immediately asked for "to go" boxes and left.We spent over $100 for service and food that were worse than any fast food place i have ever gone to.the only positive was I got to spend an hour and a half with my wife at a restaraunt.

Bad service from the start, took too long get greeted, then after we placed our order it took 45 minutes for our food to arrive and when it did my steak was under cooked and my wife's order wasn't correct. Server didn't check on us , we had to get someone else to fix our food then she brought our check and to go boxes before we asked for them. We felt rushed and on top of that it was our anniversary we wanted to get dessert but she already brought the check. I notified the manager and the host and informed them of our issue and said we would never be back my wife was very disappointed

Group of 9 adults on a Saturday night at 6:15. Hour wait after calling 45 minutes ahead of time. I ordered a side of baked potato with nothing but bacon and butter. Didn't notice until waiter was gone that it was loaded. She didn't come back for me to ask for a replacement until we were ready to leave. I didn't eat it. Another waiter came later and I asked for a refill on tea. She said our waiter would have to handle that. Never saw our waiter until she brought the check. My wife shared her drink with me. Not a pleasant visit at all.

Ordered a medium rare steak to-go. Excited to dig into a steak after a long day of work, I was very displeased to get a chunk of beef jerky. Not only was my steak not medium rare, they killed the cow twice. A well done atrocity. The audacity of a steak house to ruin a steak. I am appalled, disgusted, and very disappointed. Thank you longhorn for wasting my money. All I wanted today after slaving through my 9-5 was a juicy steak. And you gave me a dry piece of junk. Your cook should be ashamed.

Ate lunch here for the first time with a friend. Parking is plentiful, close and easy. Restaurant is clean with a great atmosphere.
