I went to this location on May 10, 2024 around 4:30pm. I was the only person in line to order. The lady was cutting chicken for prep while I stood there. Then she finally said give her a minute. As I kept standing there as the only person waiting to order. She kept cutting more chicken and more chicken. I asked how long will it be for me to order. She stated that she has a few more chicken to cut. I then turned around and left the establishment. I felt that this was terrible customer service and unprofessional. The employee needs to be retrained because after she would had took my order. And I love Moe’s over Chipotle. I can say that I believe I would had not been treated like in Chipotle

I come in here at least 1 a week, and I’ve never had a bad experience. The food is always great, and I love the fact that it gives me another place to eat being vegetarian. The people that work there are always super polite, and friendly.Vegetarian options: You can get just about anything on the menu made vegetarian.

Food Was Decent But The Staff Was Terrible! The Young Black Girl Put Queso On My Food, Doing What She Wanted And Did Not Give Me A Chance To Say I Wanted It On The Side. She Then In The Sloppiest Way, Rolled The Burrito And Rolled Her Eyes. I Was Cheated Out Of The Meat And Rice On My Nachos. They Gave Me The Skimpiest Leftovers Ever Because They Failed To Prepare More Before It Got Low. The Young Black Girl Then Tossed My Food To The Cashier With An Attitude. The Young Hispanic Girl, Who Was The Cashier, Huffed And Rolled Her Eyes Because She Tried To Double Charge Me For Queso I Did Not Get. All These Young Kids With These Attitudes Have To Go! If You Do Not Want To Work, Then Quit! Out Of The 4 Staff Members There, Only 2 Were Polite And Had Good Customer Service.
