We have been to this place a few times to buy coffee for employees . Usually it is pretty good and we’ve ordered the same thing every time . Today we ordered the same thing we always do but received something different (missing whipped cream and chocolate ) and when it was addressed the man working had a horrible attitude. He said this isn’t Starbucks and everything is extra ! Ok cool but why was this never brought up before and who said we minded paying extra ??!! .this wouldn’t have even been that big of a deal but when you treat your customers badly because of YOUR inconsistency that’s a problem.

Me and my family stop through while charging the Tesla. We ordered the French toast, Bacon/sausage egg and cheese croissant, Cafe mocha, Cafe Nutella and a hot chocolate. We all enjoyed it. The service was excellent. The atmosphere is very inviting. I can't wait until my next charge so I can try the Acai bowl. The fruit that was with the French toast was fresh and delicious.

Ordered a match latte and they handed me a cup of iced milk with absolutely no matcha. Also got a chai latte and it tasted horrible. Usually we have a great experience but something was up today.

I really like this place and want it to do well, but the inflated prices, especially for the coffee, are out of control. Over $7 for a teeny tiny latte (including tip that is awkwardly asked of you at the time of paying) is quite frankly extortion.
Great product and service. But, I got a coffee and a sandwich, it was like $21. This is ridiculous. I love this place but don’t expect them to be here long with prices overinflated.Update: I stand corrected. The price I paid was just shy of $16. My memory just wasn't great there, I had just remembered thinking, a simple sandwich and a coffee being $16 is still too high for me to want to drive there over and over again. You do have very interesting flavors and stuff, but come off the price or give me a whole plate of food for that price.

Hands down the best coffee around Gardendale and BHM. I buy my coffee from here that I drink at home daily. I also come to the store and Merideth knows my name and already has my order in when I walk up to pay. She makes each visit awesome!
